Still Free

Yeah, Mr. Smiley. Made it through the entire Trump presidency without being enslaved. Imagine that.

The Self Centeredness of Modern Black Folk

So recently Pat Buchanan penned a piece in which he discussed Trump as the Great White Hope of the current election season. How Bernie Sanders is not also a Great White Hope is beyond me, but lets stick to Trump for the post.

One Leonard Greene decided that he was quite upset with Buchanan where he writes in part:

The latest from the conservative commentator is a column in which he calls Donald Trump “The Great White Hope.” In it, Buchanan whines about the pitfalls of being a white male in an ever-changing world where whites aren’t the only soldiers, scientists, carpenters and clergy.
Of course in Buchanan's post he never said that whites were the "only" soldiers, scientists, carpenters and clergy. Buchanan's point, underscored by Green's screed is that society didn't go out of it's way to demonize white people as a collective as it did/does with black people. If demonizing all blacks due to general facts about them (like the outrageous levels of violent crime) is wrong, then doing the same to whites is equally wrong.
“The world has been turned upside-down for white children. In our schools the history books have been rewritten and old heroes blotted out, as their statues are taken down and their flags are put away,” Buchanan whines.

“Children are being taught that America was ‘discovered’ by genocidal white racists, who murdered the native peoples of color, enslaved Africans to do the labor they refused to do, then went out and brutalized and colonized indigenous peoples all over the world.”

In other words, they’re being taught the truth.

Well sir, they are actually being taught a partial truth about history. It would be like saying that black history en toto was slavery and enslaving each other, high murder rates and bastard children. It's TRUE but it is in no way the entire history of black folks. Again, if gross generalization of black people based on black negative history is wrong then doing so to whites is equally wrong.

Of course the other problem with the revisionist history that is taught is that it completely ignores white slavery. I mean the entire reason we use the term "slave" is because Slavic people were definitive "slaves" of their day. Do I need to point out a map of where Slavic people are from? Also while we correctly discuss the dehumanizing history of African enslavement, we do not spend equal time (or any at all) about the slavery of whites. Hell, outside of indentured servitude I didn't even KNOW the extent to which white folks did dirty on their own. Example:

3) Documents from the era show that so-called white “indentured servants” were often referred to as “slaves” rather than “servants.”

4) These “servants” did not always enter into voluntary contracts. There is overwhelming evidence that many of them were kidnapped by organized criminal rings and sent to work on American plantations. It is possible that as many, if not more, whites than blacks were brought involuntarily to the colonies.

5) The middle-passage death rates for these “servants” were comparable to that of blacks on slave ships from Africa to the New World.

6) Indentured servants were whipped and beaten, sometimes to death. When they escaped, ads were placed for their capture.

7) They lived under conditions so brutal that an estimated half of them died before their seven-year term of indenture expired.

For far too many black folks (majority) white = crystal stair life. I don't know if it's too much TV watching or what, but just like there are people in third world countries that actually believe the streets of America are lined with gold black folks think that all white people have to do to become successful in life is be white. They don't even have to show up. The talk of much of the liberal leadership doesn't help with it's "you didn't build that" stupid talk.
Buchanan whines that “‘angry white male’ is now an acceptable slur in culture and politics.” Slur? He should consider the slurs the rest of us have endured.

Buchanan, like most white men, wouldn’t last three days in this world being anything but what he is. And if you think that is an exaggeration, try being the only black, Hispanic, Native American or Asian on your job, street or church.

Every day.

Then cry about the woes of being white.

I don't understand why black folks expect that in a country in which they are a 13% minority they complain about being the black face. I think these black folks who talk that junk haven't really taken the time out to think on the subject. They don't notice that in many government agencies (Post Office, DMV, Social Services), Blacks make up a rather large percentage of the employees. Black people become scarce as you move up the IQ requirement jobs just as we do in the college majors that demand higher IQ's. But beyond that there is the failure to denounce the acceptability of calling people "bernie bros" and "stupid white males" who's opinions and concerns shouldn't be of value that is rife in left leaning circles. I suppose Greene is good with that, hence he makes Buchanan's point for him. Indeed white males, sorry, white heterosexual males are about the only class of people not protected by Civil Rights legislation. Talk about second class citizenship!

But more to Greene's point, does Greene even realize that there are more poor white people than there are poor black people in America? I would hazard to guess that Green wouldn't wish to wake up one morning in a trailer park in W Virginia and white. Matter of fact I would put down cold hard cash betting that Green wouldn't want to wake up white in Austin Indiana While many whites of Austin Indiana would trade places and races with Greene. Cause really, if being the only spot in the office is your biggest problem in life, welcome to "first world problems".

In the end though, this "if I were white life would be grand" attitude that many black people have needs to stop. If black people don't understand that there are many many many white failures in the world and their failures had little if anything to do with being white then black people will continue to see their very own biology as the reason for their own failures. That is self-defeating and people who defeat themselves don't need external help.

Afro Traditionalist on The Third Way

As part of the media attempt to convince us that the destruction of all differences between people is the only way to brotherhood among men a deliberate censorship is imposed on all those who have attempted and are attempting to offer an alternative vision. Increasingly, as imposed integrationism fails to satisfy both Black and White, the establishment seeks to eradicate the memory of those who have spoken out for racial pride and solidarity in the past and ignore those doing so at present.
I would add that even the idea of nationalism is slowly but surely being cast as a negative for whites as well.

Those interested in a nice brief history of Black Nationalism would do well to read the linked piece. Read the rest at Afro Traditionalist

Most Racist Chinese Laundry Detergent Commercial !!

First: Why should I object to an Asian woman wanting an Asian man as a mate?

Second: Who didn't know that black people aren't particularly liked by people who are also non-white?

Automation Kills Jobs at Foxconn

Taking a break from calling out traitors and fascists let me return to another topic that should be of great concern to many people: automation. The usual commentary made by MSM and corporate spokespersons is that robots and other forms of automation are not a threat to human employment. Only an idiot believes this. The same idiots who think immigration (legal or otherwise) "creates jobs" for citizens. Introducing a new worker where there wasn't one before, always depresses wages for existing workers and creates a weaker environment for worker solidarity.

As I've pointed out, robots will take over with the public being given the reason of safety (automated transport) and efficiency. But for corporations it comes down to cost of labour. A robot gets no benefits whatsoever. A robot is not a legal liability for discrimination, workman's comp or any other legal threat. A robot can work 24/7 unless it breaks down. As robotics gets better and the jobs they can do increase as their per unit costs drop, humans become unnecessary. Black Americans should know this very well as the automation of processing cotton soon made slavery unprofitable and black people became, generally speaking, a surplus population.

So today's news should be a wake up alarm for those who are most stubbornly comatose to what's going on.

Apple supplier Foxconn has dramatically slashed its workforce by 60,000 employees at its Kunshan factory in China, reports South China Morning Post. In their place, Foxconn has installed dozens of robots in order to automate aspects of the manufacturing process that previously required skilled manual labor. Incredibly, the number of workers slashed in one fell swoop took the total number of workers still employed at the factory down from 110,000 to just 50,000.
China has a huge problem looming. It has built itself on being the manufacturer to the world. Automation will make unemployment skyrocket. Good luck with that.

Meanwhile ArsTechnica reports on the CEO telling the public what "those who can see" have known all along

In an appearance on Fox Business' Mornings with Maria, Ed Rensi claimed that a minimum wage increase to $15 an hour would result in "job loss like you can't believe" before ceding ground to our new robotic overlords. "I was at the National Restaurant Show yesterday, and if you look at the robotic devices that are coming into the restaurant industry—it’s cheaper to buy a $35,000 robotic arm than it is to hire an employee who’s inefficient making $15 an hour bagging French fries."
These automation services are already in use in China and Japan. Wendy's has already announced it's intent to use this in their stores. This is going to happen. It's only a matter of when and how fast. These "burger flipping" jobs were never meant to be full time, family supporting jobs for anything other than a simply mom and pop family run diner. What good is a $15/hour wage when you have no job? Look I'm all for livable wages. I'm all for fair and equitable employment. But I'm not stupid. Are you?

The True Left Being Exposed

Before Barack Obama was elected I saw a disturbing trend among black left folk. They were quick to overlook certain statements he had made that had they been uttered by a white person would have been deemed racist and disqualification for any political support. Later once Obama got in office, all these "Ameri-KKK-a is an imperialist power that must fall" revolutionaries suddenly became all "MY president".

0.o Wait. Just 6 months ago the entire system was corrupt and had to be torn down. Now it's "My president"? Really?

Then when Obama had the Somali "pirates" killed. I thought for sure they would revert to form. No other white president did anything like that. Nope. "He gotta do what he gotta do."

Oh. Alright then. Then when NATO went and ousted a sitting African head of state and funded the group that killed him and posted the video for the world to see. I thought these folks would wake up. Nope. "Well Ghaddafi had issues and if that's what the people want..."

What the entire fuck?

So called Black revolutionaries who went on and on about US intervention in Africa were excusing and explaining away the US (and Europe's) toppling of an African head of state.

I have since cut ties with most of those people. I cannot stand hypocrites and don't keep company with them.

Then once the Obama admin got rolling I watched as feminists took off and went out in left field announcing that not only are all men rapists unless taught otherwise but that if a woman so much as makes a claim, she should be believed. I could NOT believe that black women were cosigning this bullshit as if Emmitt Till simply did not exist. As if thousands of black men had not been murdered on the say so of some woman. Speaking of lynching, during the Ferguson foolishness we actually had people calling for lynchings of white people. I mean shit. How do black folks in America get to that point?

So yes, the election of Barack Obama showed the real face of far too many black folks. Now we have Donald Trump. Whether you like him or not his candidacy has exposed the left and much of the right for the treasonous organizations that they are.

We have candidates and administration officials making the claim that anyone who enters to country. Legally or otherwise is the same as a born citizen. We have sanctuary cities who are willing to have citizens killed so that non-citizens who are trespassing can live free. Never mind that all of this is contrary to long established law that these persons are sworn to uphold.

Government officials conspire to import workers (often in direct violation of law) that they know displace citizens and it's not called what it is: Treason.

By opposing Trump's stated positions on immigration, so called refugees, the opposition has openly declared that they put the things that are important to non-citizens (both within and without) ahead of citizens. How is this NOT treason?

Illegal immigrants and their children violently disrupt secret service protected events, a federal crime, while flying the flags of foreign countries who send agents to the US to directly influence the elections and there is NO response from the current administration. How is this NOT treason? Leftist groups like MoveOn, rather than condemning the violence of people it supported (including financially) and the direct involvement of foreign governments to meddle in US elections instead attempt to "blame the victim". MoveOn et al are traitor organizations and should be treated as such. They have moved far beyond issue advocacy when they aid and abet foreign nationals to violate US law in order to influence elections.

And now the latest. Chris Matthews on the latest violence by Bernie (and or Hillary) supporters at a Trump rally:

After coming back from a commercial break, Matthews said of the protests, “I don’t think they’re that violent.” And asked, “How do we assess to which Trump is igniting these kinds of things by the locations he’s selecting?”

Matthews further asked whether Trump campaigning to the Southwest is “taunting, encouraging. I mean, this happened in Chicago, when they went to an urban school with a large minority population, a large campus population of minorities. Trump chose to have a rally there. He eventually had to shut it down. Is that intentional?” [My underlines]

What? What? There are now "no go" places for American citizens seeking highest office?

When the hell did this happen?

Maybe these nitwits forgot that not too long ago in America there was a thing called the Civil Rights movement. The purpose of said movement was do break down the barriers of full rights of citizens for those who were being denied those rights. Before that, there were placed black people couldn't go, sit or eat. There were places where black people had to make sure they left before the sun went down. Where people who were aligned with organizations like the NAACP had to fear for their lives because people who thought like they did and advocated ideas they advocated for were unwelcome and could be lynched. We fought to end that shit and here is Chris Matthews suggesting that in 2016 America persons shouldn't go to certain places because the populations there may be violent towards them. This is coming from The Left.

Yes Like him or not Trump has exposed the left and much of the right for what they really are and who they really serve.

The Mechanics Of Social Change

Ever since the Target "bathroom" announcement came out after the North Carolina legislation I have repeatedly said that the bathroom is not the target. The goal here is acceptance of gender dysphoria as normal. Once you accept transgender as "normal" then all the other dominoes fall because you don't deny access to "normal" people. How is it that this is coming about? You target the most impressionable populations: Children and young people.

Children are impressionable and simply don't know enough to object to what they are being taught. Nor are they allowed the agency to remove themselves from places and teachers who teach them. They are captive audiences. The state having encouraged women out of the home, and therefore being highly involved in the socialization of their children, is the perfect mechanism to encode the new social order into a population. The earlier you get them out from under their parents (FREE PRE-K!) the better you control the mind.

Young people, as in those in college, are the next group. They've been softened up by their earlier years. Now they are feeling themselves and are given wide berth to act out on their "radical" impulses because they are not, generally speaking, footing the bill. They have no real responsibilities and therefore do not have to actually live with the consequences of their ideologies.

I'm not the only one who sees this. David Grant at Social Matter does as well:

The true targets in the latest pro-trans offensive are the children. President Obama’s strong suggestion to schools that they make special accommodations for trans students as well as moves by a variety of localities and activist groups specifically seek both to inculcate trans acceptance in the most intellectually vulnerable among us and to undermine parental authority.

a both necessary and sufficient condition, in the long run, is to convince children that trans people are perfectly normal. Young people are already more accepting of gender and sexual deviance than their elders—if children are told by their teachers that there are fifty-seven or more different genders, they will believe it, accept it, and consider it perfectly normal. And when these children grow up, they will teach their kids the same thing, and so on...

Real Fascism and Definition Creep

Did this Google search on the word "fascism" just now and got the following top definition:
an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization. synonyms: authoritarianism, totalitarianism, dictatorship, despotism, autocracy; More (in general use) extreme right-wing, authoritarian, or intolerant views or practice.
You'll note that this definition states that fascism is definitively "right wing".

Now when we get an actual authoritative definition of fascism we find:

a way of organizing a society in which a government ruled by a dictator controls the lives of the people and in which people are not allowed to disagree with the government : very harsh control or authority
This is the definition I grew up with. It was clear then as it is now that a fascist system is not definitively "right wing". This "right wing" aspect is an example of definition creep. In this case it is a means by which leftists (who run Google, Wikipedia, Twitter and Facebook, the primary places where a large number of impressionable persons get their 'operating definitions" of things, seek to redefine terms to obscure their own behavior. Full definition of fascism by same authority:
often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
Lefty types zoom in on "nation" and "race" as the boogymen in the definition. Yet they do not "see" the bad in the "what they do" part of the definition: "centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader" and 'severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition" President Obama and his Justice [sic] Department has shown us the fascist nature of the sitting regime and indeed of the traitor filled Democratic Party.

The president sends out a "directive" telling schools what a female or male is in direct contradiction to science. The Justice [sic] Department threatens to punish those states and persons who do not act in accordance to such decrees and threatens economic sanctions. Businesses fall in line and also effect economic damages on those states and persons who object (dissent) from the dictates of the administration.

How exactly is this NOT fascism? Because they don't say "America First"?

Facebook openly works with the German (and who know who else) government in order to suppress speech that Merkel et-al do not approve of. If Facebook and it's American citizen and resident Mark Zuckerberg were actually interested in democracy and government by the consent of the people not only would he have refused to do such work on the behalf of Germany but he would also not approve of the following:

The admin of Disdain for Plebs, a pro-Trump, alt-right Facebook page, was banned for arguing that Trump was not anti-Muslim, but anti-ISIS, and that his proposed ban on Muslims was not due to innate racism, but because “Homeland Security cannot differentiate which Muslim is radical wanting to cause harm and which is a harmless refugee.”

Facebook moderators, however, apparently considered this to be wrongthink. The post was subsequently removed, as can be seen below, and the account suspended.

When peaking factually becomes a banning offense which is supported by those seeking high and low office you no longer have a functioning democratic republic. If we are not living in a democratic republic then what exactly are we living in?

Isn't This Racist?

*Note: Something has changed with Blogger that is messing up my embeds. If you can't see the video inline please click on the linked text

So I come home and see this on the TV:

Isn't this racist? All those black teens. Nary a white face in the mix. Well no, white faces as administrators. So what are they telling us here? And isn't it supposed to be racist to point out what this video is pointing out?

BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A new program is giving students a serious reality check when it comes to gun violence.

The program is called "It Starts Here" and involves middle school and high school students visiting a hospital to hear from victims of gun violence, and it also includes a visit to the morgue.

Brownsville demographics:

"You guys have a decision to make," Edwards told the group. "You can make a decision to do great things, or you can make a decision to go the wrong way. And usually, wrong ways end you up here."
Hmmm...most communities don't need to send their kids to morgues to learn this lesson.

Austin Indiana Vs. Jackson, MS

So The Atlantic has an article discussing the HIV ravaged town of Austin Indiana.
In January 1990, unemployment spiked to a high of 16.9 per cent. The average jobless rate for that year was lower, at 8.5 per cent, but still starkly at odds with an overall U.S. unemployment rate of 5.6 per cent. The town’s infrastructure began to deteriorate. Jackie McClintock, a nurse who works with Combs, points to the lack of recreational activities as leading people to use drugs. “There’s nothing for people to do,” she said. “There’s boredom, unemployment.” Jerome Adams, Indiana’s state health commissioner, describes Austin as having social and economic conditions that are ideal for a drug epidemic. “It’s kind of the epitome of years of neglect, poverty, lack of education, and lack of opportunity, or people’s perception of lack of opportunity,” he said.

Today, the estimated median household income in Austin is $33,000, about $15,000 less than that for Indiana. The average home is valued at $78,000, the U.S. median in 2010 being $210,000. About 8.3 percent of Austin residents are unemployed, compared with a U.S. average of 5 percent. An estimated 34 percent of working people in Austin hold manufacturing jobs and just 7 percent have a college degree. In 2013, about 25 percent of Austin residents were living in poverty.

You'll notice there is nothing said about the racial composition of Austin. Well it's 96% White. Why do I bring this up? Because there is a long running assertion that poverty and drug use is the reason for the high levels of gun involved crimes (shootings and murders) in Black communities. Hence the first thing I wanted to know was, what is the murder rate in Austin? Well basically zero.

If poverty and drugs and lack of employment opportunities are the reason for high levels of gun related homicides then we should be seeing a steady stream of murders in Austin. Meanwhile in Jackson Mississippi:

You'll note that Jackson MS has a similar demographic profile (except for size of population) as Austin:

Estimated median household income in 2013: $29,811 (it was $30,414 in 2000)
Jackson: $29,811
MS: $37,963
Estimated per capita income in 2013: $17,434 (it was $17,116 in 2000)

Jackson city income, earnings, and wages data

Estimated median house or condo value in 2013: $84,000 (it was $64,200 in 2000)
Jackson: $84,000
MS: $97,500
Mean prices in 2013: All housing units: $124,736; Detached houses: $124,238; Townhouses or other attached units: $98,704; In 2-unit structures: $30,442; In 3-to-4-unit structures: $105,809; In 5-or-more-unit structures: $202,304; Mobile homes: $179,426 Median gross rent in 2013: $720.

The major difference aside from total population? Jackson MS is 80% black.

This provides more evidence for the data that whites generally use guns on themselves (suicide) while blacks use gun on each other (genocide).

Motivational Speaker

One point here. He was talking about how blacks survived slavery and therefore should be able to do well on a test. I cannot agree. If anything, the fact that we got enslaved and participated in our enslavement shows that we had already failed the relevant tests. But to bring it to education, survival is not a sign of intelligence. A single cell organism can "survive" a harsh environment. Clearly it has no brain. Survival comes from instinct. Doing well in an advanced society often requires suppressing instincts.

Now personally, I use slavery as a means of inspiration for physical activity. I run that race at that pace 'cause it's not hard to run 13 miles when my people were out in the hot fields from can't see to can't see.

Justice [sic] Department Goes Full Orwell

Those of us who are very aware felt the "disturbance in the force" when we heard or read the AG announce it's lawsuit against the state of North Carolina. It was unfortunate, though probably inevitable that it would be a black woman who would stand up and take a sledge hammer to truth, facts and constitutional principle in one go. Before I quote let me remind the reader what this entire process is really about. This is not about bathrooms. This is about recognizing a class of people who are, in fact, mentally ill (gender dysphoria) or who simply enjoy annoying the fuck out of other people. It is providing Civil Rights not based on "deeply held values" like religion or immutable human characterists such as race or sex. It is the ultimate "cannot say no" disease (or shall I say policy) that is being applied to the majority population.
Now, the North Carolina General Assembly passed House Bill 2 in special session on March 13 of this year. The bill sought to strike down an anti-discrimination provision in a recently passed Charlotte, North Carolina, ordinance, as well as to require transgender people in public agencies to use the bathrooms consistent with their sex as noted at birth, rather than the bathrooms that fit their gender identity. [my underlines]
This "conflict" between sex "as noted at birth" and 'gender identity" exists solely because the left has had 50 odd years to create this "legal fiction" of gender. It successfully infiltrated the language because most people, like myself up to a few years ago, assumed and therefore used, gender and sex interchangebly. We thought that "gender" was a polite or "genteel" way of saying sex, much in the way that many parents avoid saying "sex" in front of their children. We had no idea that we were being primed to mentally accept a concept of self that was divorced from one's genetic code or body as it naturally developed.

Once this new word (new speak) gained normalcy the next level was thrown down. This is where we have people referred to as "cis" this or that. The "cis" being borrowed from Chemistry where a compound may have the same chemical makeup but "present" physically different.

But the important thing here is that for thousands of years and hundreds in the case of the US, there has never been a need to have this discussion in legal terms because the common culture was clear about the acceptability of transsexualism in the public square. It was not that such men and women did not exist, they simply knew better than to attempt certain public things. However; as the common culture has been under withering attack over the past 50-60 years, the left has taken off the mask and gone for broke.

The bill was signed into law that same day, and in so doing, the legislature and the governor placed North Carolina in direct opposition to federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex and gender identity.
There are no federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender identity. Lynch knows this. There is federal laws against discrimination based on sex but transexuals are not being "discriminated against" based on their sex as the legislation does not pick on a tranny of only one actual sex. And that all assumes the law is "discrimination" at all. I don't even consider it "discriminatory" as no one is being denied access to any and all bathrooms. If a tranny feels so offput by a state agency or a private entity saying that he or she has to use the appropriate bathroom that they don't go to any bathroom, that is their choice. They better wear some Depends though.

Tranny's who think they are men and who dress in "male" clothes and perhaps draw on some facial hair are free to enter any female bathroom and "take a seat". Similarly Tranny's who feel themselves to be women are free to dress in their "freakum dress" and paint up their face and enter the men's bathroom and assume the position at a urinal. They are free to do this like every other biological male and female in the United States. How is it discrimination?

It is "discrimination" in the eyes of the Justice [sic] Department because they are now in the business of protecting "feelz". The left believes that there is some constitutional rights to "good feelz" (for them of course) and have been pursuing these policies like a rabid dog for the past couple of years. It is not surprising given that this is the result of a generation (and their parents) who have obsessed over the "feelz" of their children. Prizes of losing. Against spanking, etc.

Continuing:

More to the point, they created state-sponsored discrimination against transgender individuals, who simply seek to engage in the most private of functions in a place of safety and security, a right taken for granted by most of us.
As demonstrated above it does no such thing. It merely bars the mentally ill from imposing their mentally ill actions on the majority of the population that wants no part of it.

I'm going to skip over a few paragraphs so as to get to the Big Point"

And what we must not do, what we must never do is turn on our neighbors, our family members, our fellow Americans for something that they cannot control and deny what makes them human.

And this is why none of us can stand by when a state enters the business of legislating identity and insists that a person pretend to be something or someone that they are not or invents a problem that does not exist as a pretext for discrimination and harassment. [My underlines]

Up is down. Left is right. Right is wrong. Persons who suffer from gender dysphoria are the only persons involved here who are "pretending to be something or someone they are not". It is not the state that is legislating identity. Lynch has put the cart before the horse and the driver is facing the wrong way. It is the state of North Carolina that is recognizing the actual identities of those persons suffering from gender dysphoria and deciding it will not play along (actually as of now they are ducking under the cover of "protected class"). That nobody in the conference, as far as I know, pointed this simple fact shows how far the rot has gotten. The Extortion/Theft Racket Now that the federal government has amassed so much power over the states, it is now able to strangle these states by extorting the taxes they remit to the federal government and stealing their tax monies to use as leverage against the states.
We are seeking a court order declaring HB-2’s restroom restriction impermissibly discriminatory, as well as a statewide bar on its enforcement. Now, while the lawsuit currently seeks declaratory relief, I want to note that we retain the option of curtailing federal funding to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and the University of North Carolina as this case proceeds.
Assuming such an action is in fact a part of legislation that created this agency (or the agency doing the actual withholding), it shows the tyranny of good intentions. I'm almost certain that no legislator at the time of the passage of the legislation thought that it would be used in such a manner. These threats of withholding "federal money" as if it was created by the federal government as it's own property to dispense with however it wishes is something that should be addressed by Congress. The federal government gets it's money via taxes on the people. The purpose of those taxes is to carry out the function of government. I don't think it was every thought that the federal government could, after taking the taxpayer's money, refuse to deliver the services that it is obligated to render/

I was under the impression that it was congress that determined what and where money got spent by the federal government. This could be yet another example of the congress abdicating it's responsibility to some agency(ies) with disastrous consequences.

This is what it has come to. Using (and staining) the legacy of black struggle for their civil rights due them as natural citizens. Not as people who take drugs to stop/delay puberty. Not as people who have "medical procedures" to remove perfectly functional body parts. Not as people who take drugs and hormones for the rest of their (usually) short lives with many ill effects. I reject any and all associations of the struggles of black folk with the mental issues of an extremely small (less than 1%) proportion of the population.

The US government has gone full Orwell and it is using extortion tactics on a population it has carefully made dependent upon it to implement and enforce it's new rules.

You Thought I Was Being Alarmist

So there are folks who think my recent postings are "alarmist". I'm afraid those persons are sadly mistaken as to the nature of the beast that has bared the entirety of it's fangs. Moonbattery brings us a case from Canada:
Though the case is about whether the 11-year-old can give informed consent to such serious medical treatment, which is intended to delay the onset of female puberty, the judge appears to have already conceded the point by referring to the girl by her preferred, male, initials, J.K., and accepting her male self-identification.

In his ruling, Mr. Justice Ronald Skolrood declared that, “This case is really about J.K. and his [sic] role in determining his [sic] own future. In my view, these issues cannot be properly considered without J.K.’s direct participation.”

Understand the extent of this judges ruling. He has stated, as fact that a girl is a boy. This betrays basic scientific fact and principles that ought guide a court. Secondly the court and therefore the state approves a minor being given drugs to stop a normal bodily function that is in no way, shape or form diseased. This is child abuse on the Nth level. Treason as National Policy?

John Kerry speaking to graduates of Northeastern University.
Kerry also seemed to dismiss the importance of national borders, and said technology has reshaped the world into one that the U.S. must engage at the risk of being left behind. He said Trump and others who want to look inward are making a mistake, even in the face of rising tension and violence in the world...

"The future demands from us something more than a nostalgia for some rose-tinted version of the past that did not really exist in any case," he said. "You're about to graduate into a complex and borderless world."

What Kerry is saying is that the future of the US is no US. He is predicting and embracing the destruction of the sovereign entity known as the US. How that is not treason, I don't know. If Kerry is so good with "no borders" then he should move to North Korea. Not only that, the US should remove itself from the border between North and South Korea. Because, you know, borders aren't important and the way of the past. Matter of fact, why even have a presidential election this year. There is no need for a president when there are no countries and with no borders anyone's law is everyone's law. Why not just submit to rule of the UN and the 'security council" which, since borders don't matter, won't be made up of countries (since those are defined by borders) but by "interested parties".

And that's what this comes down to ennit? Certain "Interested parties" should be determining what the world population should be doing, thinking and saying and those things are all for the benefit of the "interested parties". The mask has fallen off the elite (both left and right). They are openly acting to break the countries for which they have been given rulership over. They have mastered the ability to manipulate the emotions of a large portion of their populations to respond to crises in far flung locations that they, the elites created. The citizenry is so programmed that they will sell out their progeny and fellow citizens to ease the unjustified and created feelings of [racial] guilt.

Those states that gave rise to concepts of free speech are now at the forefront of prosecuting speech against or critical of persons who are not natives of their land or citizens of their soon to be abolished countries. This is treason. It is treason embedded into the national policies of various countries. The boldness with which these policies are spoken and acted upon shows that the "interested parties" are very confident in their control over the national parties of the various soon to be done in nations. What couldn't be done via warfare is being done in congresses, parliaments, general assemblies and executive suites and funded by taxes and consumer spending.

Kerry can talk about tinted roses past because he knows that the people he is speaking to doesn't even know a world where single parenting was virtually non existent. Where divorce was extremely rare. Where salaries for non-credentialed individuals could support a family of 4 and have money to spare. Since they have no personal knowledge of these things they can be fed a narrative that says it didn't exist or was so flawed as to be a net negative. Seems that the "interested parties", at least in the US, have figured that enough of the older population has died off and enough "new voters" have been imported such that they can openly talk their plans and implement policies that would have gotten them "in trouble" even 20 years ago.

Why Target Will Win The Bathroom Boycott Battle

I hate doing prediction pieces. Particularly when I'm not dealing with law. I'm a logic person by nature and if I can't lay down solid premises then I won't usually make a prediction. I'm going to go out on a limb based on certain circumstances and history. They are key reasons why I think Target "wins" in the long term.

1) The power of big business.

We talk about "to big to fail" when discussing banks but this thinking applies equally to big box retailers. Big box retailers have decimated the mom and pop economy. You can probably count on your hands the number of places where the vast majority of people purchase their regular items. Target is one of those places. A large percentage of the US population buys products at Target, Walmart, Kmart, Sears, JC Penny. Sears and Kmart are the same company. Old Navy, Gap are the same company.

The only way that Target is affected by a boycott is if Target stores are as empty as a Target store in Bergen County on a Sunday. For those who don't know, Target stores in Bergen County NJ are closed and therefore empty. Unless or until I see Target stores empty, particularly on profitable Saturdays, Target wins.

The other thing about these big businesses is that most of them are run by people who run in the same circles. If you think that Walmart, Kmart and Sears have not or will not have the same policies, you are mistaken. They may not announce it. But believe me, as soon as one person suffering gender dysphoria is denied access to the toilet of their choosing, the companies will fall in line. Company's dislike bad press but what they despise more than bad press is being labelled "bigoted".

2) The power of the state:

Should Target decide to reverse course and declare a traditional position on toilets they will be met with the same problem that Chik-Fil-A met when the owners of that franchise declared it's position on homosexuality. Never mind that Chik-Fil-A discriminated against exactly zero customers. We had town and state officials attempting to deny it the ability to do business. And that was years ago before WW T got into motion. Such a move by Target would bring down wrath from Federal agencies on down. That's not even getting into the effects on the social and business circles of the executives. I would not be surprised if Target then became the target of a discrimination lawsuit by the federal government, a private citizen "customer" as well as an employee. It would be very public and very nasty.

3) The historical record:

So far the only entities that have fared well against the "gay mafia" has been Duck Dynasty and Chik-Fil-A. What are the characteristics of those two entities? They both did not give a damn about the public. The Duck Dynasty was willing to go back to whatever it was they were doing before they got their show. And you'll note that since then you haven't heard too much about them in the media. Similarly Chik-Fil-A refused to kneel and is still a small player in the fast food market.

As noted before, Target is not similarly situated. It has no real principle to hang its hat on and it is certainly not willing to go out of business because...

4) Who exactly is the customer base?

Target, among many other businesses doesn't really know who it's customer base is. Or maybe it does. What we are going to find out is how many of it's customers are conservative or traditional and of those, how many are willing to put their money where their mouth is. As said earlier in the piece unless Target finds it's stores empty, particularly in states, cities and towns with a supposedly conservative or traditional base, they will be just fine in the long run.

Let me reference a quote found in a post by the Ex-Army Libertarian Nationalist:

What would the public do if Trump were robbed of the nomination? What could the public do? There might be protests, mass demonstrations in the streets, but so what? The Insiders’ Club would just wait them out. Once a society realizes that it has no power over its rulers, it lapses into resignation. Republicans do not loot malls or burn cities, and would soon go home. But all the world would see that the Americans have no recourse, that the Insiders do as they please. Welcome to China.
This is key. Replace Trump with Target and "robbed of nomination" with [insert gay lobby theme here]. Same deal. There's a lot of talk about how much the stock has gone down. I think the excitement over that is overblown. That is short term losses and doesn't necessarily mean that actual income or sales have gone down. The latter is far more important than stock price.

People returning items and the like looks good but Target is also considering whether their "liberal" customer base would do the same thing if they reverse course. If the "liberal" customers are far more organized and effective in their targeting of a reversed Target then Target would lose more. This is the calculus. Which base of customers are more willing to actually carry out inflicting long term financial harm? I'm not entirely certain from the history I've seen that conservative or traditional customers are so motivated.

5) Media collusion

Already we have seen the tactic of disappearing Target news in the media. This will act as a means of dropping the decision into the memory hole. Americans have a very short memory span. Since conservative and traditional Americans tend to be employed with lots of responsibility, this can mean that they can forget about the Target decision. This helps Target in the long term. Believe me when I say that if Target had made a different decision it would be in the news for weeks on end. Chik-Fil-A and recent "religious freedom" bills are evidence for that.

What would get Target back in the news as a "win" for boycotters? A quarterly report with massive sales declines. The kind that threatens to have store closings.

Dear Move On.Org: Please Fuck Off

I have been a long time subscriber to MoveOn's mailing list. Mostly due to it's opposition to the Bush presidency. Which was completely reasonable. However once Obama got into office MoveOn became an entirely different beast. Or perhaps it was the same beast but I was mistaken as to the type of beast I was dealing with. Since the 2016 campaign, MoveOn has become, in my opinion, more than just a mouthpiece of the Democratic party but a party to treason. I don't throw the word treason out very often and I don't use it lightly. In a country that has freedom of speech enshrined in it's sovereign law, the charge of treason is not something that should be easy to accuse much less prosecute. But here's why I say so.

I received yet another anti-Trump e-mail from MoveOn which contained the following:

My name is Ann Lewis, and I'm the Chief Technology Officer at MoveOn. I'm writing because MoveOn is under attack by Donald Trump, and we need your help.

Here's the situation: Over the past few months, as Donald Trump has campaigned from city to city, MoveOn members have turned out for peaceful demonstrations against his carnival of hate.

In response, Trump attacked us in the media, calling MoveOn members "not a good group of people," while his media surrogates explicitly blamed MoveOn for violence he incited at his rallies.1,2

Now MoveOn can call Trump's campaign whatever they want. But I have a serious problem with a supposed American organization calling a candidate who is opposed to illegal immigration and it's attendant devastation on jobs and it's crime that shouldn't occur on US soil at all as a "carnival of hate". But that's not the worst of it. Having now admitted that MoveOn member have attended Trump rallies, this means that MoveOn knows full well that their member have engaged in violence at these rallies. It is a federal crime to commit acts of violence or even disruption at an event with secret service security. This means that MoveOn is, as an organization enabling the breaking of federal law in order to influence a presidential election. This. Is. Treason.
That's when things started getting ugly. We've been flooded with hate mail, spam, and personal threats to our staff and online security.

As a result, we're conducting a top-to-bottom security audit to secure our systems in advance of the general election. We won't back down from Trump, but we need to be prepared. Will you chip in $3?

In a rule of law America, a "security audit" would be the least of MoveOn's worries.
We've all seen the videos of Trump supporters punching and shoving protestors—as well as Trump's explicit statements encouraging violence. What the public doesn't see is the avalanche of threats that come in through email and social media. It's more hate mail of a more vicious nature than we received even when we took on the NRA or helped take down the Confederate Flag. It's frightening.
I'm going to guess that MoveOn is staffed by feminists. In any case, this is the line that earned this posting. Just this past week we saw an ugly, ugly, treasonous and racist (of the "anti-white" form. There are many forms of racism since, racism is any ideology of or about race) protest against Trump. Property was damaged. People were assaulted, harassed and threatened with bodily harm and there were open calls for breaking up the US as a nation by people flying foreign flags. Donald Trump who is lawfully running for head of state was forced to reroute his entrance to a secret service "secured" [sic] event due to this.

There is free speech and there is treason and sedition. What we saw last week was the latter. In America, no candidate for office should be so threatened. Persons should be able to see and hear this candidate without fear of life, limb or property. Instead of MoveOn sending a message to it's membership condemning the behavior we saw. MoveOn asked for money for it's security systems.

Fuck Move On.

And fuck Clinton and Sanders. And Cruz and Kaisich. The DNC, the RNC and each and every representative that failed to stand up and speak forcefully against the behavior we saw last week. The condemnation of the behavior shown last week should have been across party lines, ideological lines and any other lines that American citizens have drawn for themselves. Violence and intimidation to enforce a political desire is and should be unacceptable. Period. That is the entire point of the right to vote and the entire point of freedom of peaceable assembly and petition of government. If the so called "leadership" cannot stand up for constitutional principles which is what "we are supposed to be". Then I get to call them traitors.

And MoveOn can fuck off. They were good with the violence so let them deal with it (even though they aren't seeing any of it and they are simply damseling for dollars).

A Good Lesson in Taxes

In this presidential cycle we have seen The Bern discuss taxing the rich often. Many of his followers are under the impression that the rich are not taxed enough and that if you taxed them some more all the problems would go away. Well they didn't say that but it's a good generalization. I saw an article in the NY Times which should serve as a reality check about taxes.

Before I get to the article I want to provide some background thinking: I knew someone who worked with Les Brown. He relayed a story to me. Basically it was that if you've only seen say $100 then you think that $100k is a lot of money. But people who have say a million. $100k is not really all that much. It is a matter of perspective. Now to the article:

Our top-heavy economy has come to this: One man can move out of New Jersey and put the entire state budget at risk. Other states are facing similar situations as a greater share of income — and tax revenue — becomes concentrated in the hands of a few.
While the amounts may be large by historical standards and the "one man" part may be unique, the general situation is an old one. It is why states do almost whatever they can to retain large businesses (who used to be the 'one man').
The New Jersey resident (unnamed by Mr. Haines) is the hedge-fund billionaire David Tepper. In December, Mr. Tepper declared himself a resident of Florida after living for over 20 years in New Jersey. He later moved the official headquarters of his hedge fund, Appaloosa Management, to Miami.

New Jersey won’t say exactly how much Mr. Tepper paid in taxes. But according to Institutional Investor’s Alpha, he earned more than $6 billion from 2012 to 2015. Tax experts say his move to Florida could cost New Jersey — which has a top tax rate of 8.97 percent — hundreds of millions of dollars in lost payments.

Hundreds of millions of dollars, off of one person. One rich person decides to move and state budgets are in jeopardy. Do you pay "hundreds of millions" in taxes? What this reveals is that the rich are, generally speaking paying the lions share of the taxes that the government spends. You, who makes the average salary of say $50k pay relatively pennies relative to these persons, yet get so many benefits.

If we were to look at this in black and white, one realizes that relatively speaking blacks as a group don't pay taxes. Yes we pay income taxes like everyone else, but there are so few "extremely rich" black people (and black companies of high worth) that generally speaking if black people didn't pay taxes, the impact on government revenue would be very slight. Yet Black people, as a group, are the beneficiaries of government spending well out of proportion of our monetary input. Continuing:

“If you’re making hundreds of millions of dollars and you’re paying close to 10 percent to the state of New Jersey, you do the math,” said Jon Bramnick, the Republican leader in the New Jersey Assembly. “You can save millions a year by moving to Florida. How can you blame him?”
Now personally I think 10% is fair, especially at that level of income. I have more issues with companies that don't pay any taxes based loopholes than by the tax rates discussed here. And I will say this: I agree with Sanders AND Trump that the hedge fund people who create nothing and produce very little jobs ought to be seeing a relatively higher tax burden than those who produce state income taxes in the form of many many jobs.
In California, 5,745 taxpayers earning $5 million or more generated more than $10 billion of income taxes in 2013, or about 19 percent of the state’s total, according to state officials.
There weer 38.43 million people in California in 2013. 24% of them were under 18. Removing those under the assumption they are not paying taxes we get 28,880,000 persons. Now if 5745 persons paid in 19% of the tax revenue then each person input .3% of the state revenue. The other 28,800,000 persons input 002% of revenue a piece or about 2 orders of magnitude less. Kinda makes you think about what kind of population you should have in order to have a stable tax base.
