Windows IE Sucks

So I've wasted much time on getting my custom layout to work in iE. First it showed up at 260 odd pixels wide while showing up right in FireFox and Safari. Now it's broken in FireFox 1.5.0.6 (Page too wide) and is the right width in IE but IE wont show my bolded text. But Safari and Firefox will show the bolded text. All this because of IE. IE sucks.
