 Posting for posterity:

If they actually believed in it (and didn't fear "repercussions") they wouldn't be doing stuff elsewhere "differently".

They do it here (in the US for example) because there is no downside to it.

Colion Noir on The Buffalo Shooter

The early part of this video is quite revealing.  The "nice" part is that this black guy completely blows up the narrative of all black people being pro-gun control.  It also is clear, from his shirt, that he isn't ashamed to be "black" and therefore blows up the narrative that black people with particular views must be 'self-hating" black people.

Now personally, I don't own a gun but I am not opposed to gun ownership. Personally I'm into blades and I'd like the pro-second amendment people to expand their horizons to include all "weapon control".

Propaganda and Other Nonsense

As the summer of the Pandemic of the Vaccinated continues apace, the media is trying to gaslight the public into continuing to believe the narrative.  Here's some from Fortune:

You have to be a special kind of fool to believe  that being infected my Omicron while "vaccinated" offers more "protection" than while "not-vaccinated".  We already know that for populations in the 50+ range that the vaccines have negative efficacy (you are more likely to get sick AND die).

"Looking at vaccinated individuals who had a breakthrough Omicron infection, BioNTech found that those individuals showed a better b-cell response than individuals who had been boosted but not infected. B-cells, a type of white blood cell, are a component of the body’s immune system that helps produce antibodies."

Always the anti-bodies. We already discussed the entire cross-reactivity from T-Cells. Why do these people continue to harp on about anti-bodies? Maybe because these companies are pushing a product that causes the body to produce them  and THAT is what they need to sell the public on.

"The study found that vaccinated individuals who caught Omicron produced antibodies that formed a formidable defense against other variants of the virus. Unvaccinated people who caught Omicron did not have a similarly robust and protective immune response."

I call total and utter bullshit on this one. Notice that they are saying that the "vaccinated" are producing epitopes while the "not vaccinated" do not. That is total and utter bullshit. Epitope production happens to any and everybody who has been exposed to a virus. Those epitopes will vary from individual to individual but to act like the "vaccines" have any part in this other than epitopes against the "alpha" spike protein is total and utter bullshit.

The only possibility here is if the "not vaccinated" group had never been exposed to "alpha" and therefore would not have epitopes for that variant.  The fact is that any person (vaxxed or not) who has been exposed to Alpha, Delta and Omicron (and recovered) will have epitopes for all of them. And again, one doesn't need a "strong antibody response" if your T-Cells are already "sensitive" to Omicron or your mucosal immunity (which we've discussed in earlier posts and videos) has stopped the infection in the nose and upper airways before any other part of the immune system needs to get involved.

Here's Bloomberg admitting the jabs are junk:

'In practical terms, this means that for the large swath of the US population that was first infected with Covid over the winter, the post-infection honeymoon may be over. Those people might wonder how safe it is to travel, attend large gatherings and have dinner with vulnerable friends and relatives."

This is a part of the theme I discussed in my "Reject the Magic Stick" video. This idea that people are "unsafe" and doing things is "unsafe". It is a paranoia.

"Scientists do have one concrete piece of evidence: Unvaccinated people who have been infected with Omicron get very little protection against sublineages of that virus. A South African study revealed a wide gap between vaccinated and unvaccinated people in the amount of antibodies generated after an Omicron infection."

But per my previous discussion, 42% of COVID dead are "vaccinated" so that whole "antibody" thing isn't really relevant is it now?

"So how often are reinfections happening in people with hybrid immunity? While health experts initially thought they were rare, emerging state-level data suggest they could be becoming more common."

"More common". Some of us said this would happen.

"But public health experts also point out that in rare cases people are getting reinfected within weeks. In this pandemic, there is no such thing as guaranteed protection."

I recall a government agency making the opposite claim.

"There is at least a decent chance that subsequent infections in people with hybrid immunity will be less severe, as the immune system gets better at responding to the virus."

Did I mention the 42% dead are vaccinated?

AI Keeps Embarrassing Race Denialists

You know there is this idea out there in left land that AI is "biased" because it is "mis-fed" information. The reason they say this is because when AI is given data on things like crime, the AI quickly figures out inconvenient patterns that people in certain quarters would rather not have known.

So now there is more embarrassment from the AI:

Remember: There is no such thing as race.

The study found that an artificial intelligence program trained to read X-rays and CT scans could predict a person’s race with 90 percent accuracy. But the scientists who conducted the study say they have no idea how the computer figures it out.

Of course they have to say this:

"At a time when AI software is increasingly used to help doctors make diagnostic decisions, the research raises the unsettling prospect that AI-based diagnostic systems could unintentionally generate racially biased results."

Hello. It's not "racially biased" it's actual data.

"But how? Ghassemi and her colleagues remain baffled, but she suspects it has something to do with melanin, the pigment that determines skin color. Perhaps X-rays and CT scanners detect the higher melanin content of darker skin, and embed this information in the digital image in some fashion that human users have never noticed before. It’ll take a lot more research to be sure."

So it's more than color eh?

"“You call this race. I call this geographical variation,”"

Hey stupid: Race evolved *because of* geography. These people will jump through umpteen hoops to avoid the obvious.

"We cannot rush bringing the algorithms to hospitals and clinics until we’re sure they’re not making racist decisions or sexist decisions.”"

And here is the meat. See, because these people are uncomfortable with the data, they are going to corrupt the algorithms so that they can feel comfortable.  It's not the AI being sexist or racist, it's these researchers who ARE racist and sexist and putting that into the programs.

Vaccine-Derived Polio

Some of us were warning about the very serious potential for these non-sterilizing vaccines to produce vaccine escaping and antibody enhanced variants that would actually prolong the "pandemic". Of course we were called conspiracy theorists and spreading mis and dis-information. Well let's look at Polio which, coincidentally is one of the viruses the mask and vax crowd liked to point to as an example.

NPR so don't go accusing me of "biased right wing media". Not that I think NPR is unbiased.

"But in recent years, polio incidence has started to inch back up. The reason has to do with the type of vaccine used in many parts of the world, primarily in low- and middle-income countries. "
The "type of vaccine"? What, pray tell, does that mean?

"While the United States and other Western countries inject an inactivated virus that poses no risk of spread and are now polio-free, other countries rely on an oral vaccine. It's cheap, it's easy to administer and two or more doses confer lifelong immunity. But it's made with living, weakened virus. And that poses a problem."

So the US has a vaccine derived from an inactivated virus (something I have said should be done with COVID vaccines). The one that is apparently causing problems is NOT dead. Anything else?

"Those who've been immunized with live virus can shed it in their stool, which can then spread through sewage in places with poor sanitation. If the virus stays weak, it can expose the unvaccinated to polio and give them immunity. But if it mutates and regains virulence, someone who isn't vaccinated can become sick with vaccine-derived polio after contact with the contaminated wastewater.""l (as regular polio does. Not only that but these vaccinated people can be sources of *mutated* new strains that can infect the unvaccinated. in other words, the vaccinated become a danger to the un-vaccinated.

You cannot make this up. Of course NPR and the like will make this an argument about getting vaccinated instead of using the proper vaccine that is already available.

"And now countries that had previously eradicated polio in Africa, the Middle East and parts of Asia are seeing new outbreaks of vaccine-derived polio.'

Just like it is highly likely that the world is seeing an outbreak of vaccine derived COVID and we may have been totally done with this (as in very low level during seasonal outbreaks) a year ago had we no introduced a non-sterilizing vaccine in the middle of a pandemic as was warned against by [non-approved] experts in the field.

"Only there was a development that hadn't been anticipated. Vaccine-derived poliovirus of that type was still in circulation from earlier iterations of the oral vaccine — and now with the reformulated vaccine, increasing numbers of people who were no longer vaccinated against it. So there was further spread."

" Oh whoops! Our bad. So sorry.

"

Over the past few years, Andino and his collaborators have been developing a new oral vaccine due to the recent outbreaks of vaccine-derived polio and an influx of funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The novel vaccine still contains a weakened version of the virus, but it's been hobbled even further.

"What we did is three independent modifications" to make reactivation less likely, says Andino. The researchers tweaked the virus so that it has to accumulate more mutations to become virulent and has a harder time amassing those mutations. "

Again, instead of using the dead virus, which:

1) they know works
2) Is available

They are still f****g around with a live one. These are the people some of y'all entrust your health with.

"For kids, there's no difference. The vaccine is a sip of liquid that they call "juice," says Camara, and they get a purple mark on their left pinky fingernail after their dose that they think looks like cool nail polish."

Just like  people here with their "vaccinated" stickers. These countries should be demanding the dead virus version rather than acting like Bill and Melinda are doing them a favour by continuing to experiment on them.

Denmark Drops Vaccine Plans

File this under News They Hope You Don't See.

In contrast to the US where people are panicking about not being able to force other people to wear masks on a plane and the continual push to get [more] shots, this little gem tells us that the narrative is showing serious cracks.

"Denmark has become the first country to halt its Covid vaccination program, saying it is doing so because the virus is now under control."

Weird. Fauci is still running around talking about the "next variant."

"“Spring has arrived, vaccine coverage in the Danish population is high, and the epidemic has reversed,” the Danish Health Authority said in a statement Wednesday.

“Therefore, the National Board of Health is now ending the broad vaccination efforts against Covid-19 for this season,” it said. People will not be invited for vaccines from May 15, it said, although everyone will be able to finish their course of vaccination."

So is this an admission that COVID is seasonal? Seems those of us who pointed this out back in say June 2020 were RIGHT THE ENTIRE TIME, and yet we were called "science deniers" and that we were peddling "mis-information".

"Denmark’s Covid vaccination campaign began soon after Christmas in 2020. Some 4.8 million citizens have been vaccinated, the health authority said, with more than 3.6 million people receiving a booster shot.

At the same time, many people have been infected since the omicron variant became the dominant strain of the virus, it said, meaning immunity levels among the population are high."

This is a CYA way of saying "we discovered these vaccines did nothing against the current strains and continuing to act like it does is stupid so we're going to stop now." Check the graph. Remember that they started their vaccination at the end of Dec 2020.

That huge peak? April 2022. How do you have a massive vaccination program from December 2020 and have massively MORE cases in April 2022? By the "vaccine" not stopping transmission or infection, that's how.

If I were in charge and saw that graph, I'd be done with these things as well.

I expect to see more of this, which China continues to show how it's NOT done.

More Lefty Censorship

Hopefully by now those of you who thought I was being extreme when I called the left's "new shoes" The Left Crow, understand that I wasn't.  They have truly shown their colors. The proverbial mask has dropped (as the N95s have come on) and the teeth are fully bared. Colleges and university where they ensconced  themselves and waiting for the broad protection of tenure and total control of the administrative arena have now revealed themselves to be the indoctrination camps they were never meant to be. Latest example being Brown University.

I will remind the reader that many times the breakthroughs in science have happened when people refused to accept "the science" or questioned the prevailing data  and tested the hypotheses. These people would have refused to accept the idea that the earth circled the sun rather than vice-versa, because that was "the science".

A college has no business declaring an organization (or person) as "science disinformation spreaders". Rather the standard should be the supporting evidence. That is, those who are committing fraud should be cut off. Those who make claims such was "NY will be a frozen wasteland by the year 2000" should be unwelcome to do business at a university.

But of course Brown has no intention of holding persons promoting lefty narratives to the "science disinformation" standard. Evidence:

"Move forward with the creation of a clearinghouse for actions against organizations and
funders that seek to deny climate change, or delay climate change with the intention of a)
perpetuating climate science disinformation or b) supporting organizations that advance
climate science disinformation."
Notice that they have already determined what "the science" is:

"climate change is 'real'".

Which of course is true as the climate is always changing as sure as the earth orbits the sun in an orbit that is never exactly the same as the last one. Try telling that to one of these people and watch them glow red with rage. I've actually had "believe the science" people deny this very fact.

I won't even get into the fact that CO2 is plant food. As I've said before I'm far more concerned about the destruction of forests than the CO2 emissions from a vehicle.

Anyway you can rest assured that this "stand" by Brown will not stop at climate change, formerly global warming, formerly global cooling.

Mysterious Liver Ailment

I saw some rumblings about this online last week and now I've seen an article on it.

"Mysterious liver ailment" with "no known cause".

You know, I work in IT. Whenever there is a computer problem, the first thing I ask is "what happened on the system recently". Because most of the time something "new" happened and that "new" thing triggered the bad behaviour.

Well, we have a rash of  hepatitis with "no known cause" so we should be asking what happened recently?  Let's look at this article.

"

More than 160 cases of severe pediatric hepatitis, or liver inflammation, in kids without existing health issues have been reported from about a dozen countries, including the U.K., Canada and Japan. The disorder has been seen mainly in children younger than 10 and has left a few needing liver transplants. Researchers are probing links to infection with adenoviruses, a family of pathogens that more commonly cause cold-like symptoms, as well as Covid-19."

Adenoviruses you say? That's interesting. Why? Well because the current COVID vaccines use adenovirus for delivery:

"The currently administered vaccines depend on adenovirus DNA vectors or on SARS-CoV-2 mRNA that might become reverse transcribed into DNA, however infrequently."

Oh.

"The review also addresses problems of remaining adenoviral gene expression in adenoviral-based vectors and their role in side effects of vaccines."

Side effects from "adenoviral-based vectors"? Say what ARE those side effects? And say, wouldn't a person want to know what those effects are PRIOR to taking one of those vaccines? And did anyone who mandated these vaccines consider any of these "side effects"?

"Eventually, it will come down to weighing the possible risks of genomic insertions of vaccine-associated foreign DNA and unknown levels of vector-carried adenoviral gene expression versus protection against the dangers of Covid-19."

Eventually. Like, this is all a test and eventually we find out the results. If they're bad, well, sucks to be you I suppose.

Adenovirus particles likely are taken up by cells of the lymphatic system and the liver, and their DNA will be transported to the cells’ nuclei. In this review, the evidence for insertion of adenovirus DNA into recipient genomes and its consequences has been presented.[my underlines]

Now that paper showed research in mice. For all we know the stuff we're seeing in children is the "eventually".

But since children under 5, at least in the US, cannot get a vaccine that has the adenovirus, I cannot say that it is *due to* the vaccine for that population. But for those over 5 years of age, we should be asking about their vaccination status. After all it IS the one major thing that is different.

Just Walk On By

Recent news had more evidence of the BLM movement being a scam. I knew it was a scam. I said it was  a scam but I was not and am not mad at the two black women making out like bandits from it. Why? Because apparently they were good enough at their niche to get people to give them millions of dollars and to give their scam free publicity. As The Joker said: If you're good at something, you don't do it for free. (I suppose that means I stink at this blogging thing...)

Nope, the only people I'm mad at are the black people, who should know better giving these people money and/or propping up the fraudulent movement. But that's not what this post is about, this post is about a crime that happened in Atlanta.

Anthony Frazier, 51, was shot and killed outside an American Seafood and Wings, where he worked as a security guard, on Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia, on Monday around 7pm by an unidentified man wearing black jeans and a black t-shirt.

Surveillance video released by police shows Frazier exiting the SUV, looking behind him as his attacker rounds the corner and another man sits on the curb smoking. Seemingly unaware of the upcoming attack, Frazier calmly gets out of his car and lights his own cigarette.

His attacker reportedly shot him in the back of his head, which is not shown in the edited surveillance footage, before walking away.

Now the entire move of rolling up on this guy and shooting him in the back of the head was bad enough. Even the old drunkard who witnessed the entire thing is not all that surprising. It was the next part.

3 other people saw this man laying on the ground bleeding to death, if not already dead and these folks just walked on by.

Black lives matter eh?

But as usual the "leadership" still don't get it:

"Councilman Antonio Lewis, who stopped by the scene on Monday after hearing about it, is now suggesting lockboxes as a way to curb gun-related crimes.

'We have to find a way to balance it out. You can’t talk about crime and talk about dangers and violent crime, while making it easier access to get these guns,' he told Channel 2 News. "

Hint: It's not the guns.

Connecticut Thinks It's Courts Have Jurisdiction Over Other States

For those who don't know, the US system of governance has three parts: Executive, Legislative and Judicial.  On the federal level, certain courts have jurisdiction over various states. Federal laws are usually supreme over state law so long as they don't conflict with separation of powers and powers delegated to the federal govt. vs. state governments.

States, are like France and England. Separate and without jurisdiction over each other's citizens. So for example, if you kill a person in NY State, courts in Connecticut have no jurisdiction over the matter. The event did not happen in Connecticut. And while killing may be illegal in Connecticut as well, that doesn't give Connecticut courts juridiction nor does the AG of Connecticut have any standing to bring a case against a NY state person who committed a crime in NY State.

As a matter of fact, if that NY state person crossed into Connecticut to hide out from NY state authorities, the CT police would only have the right to detain that person and extradite him TO NY state to answer for that crime.

So just to show you how liberals give no shits about statecraft or rule of law, the state of Connecticut is entertaining a bill that would give their court jurisdiction over other state's citizens

"The Connecticut House of Representatives passed a pro-abortion bill on Tuesday with bipartisan support that pushes back against pro-life laws passed in several states to protect the unborn. The bill allows individuals who face legal liabilities for violating abortion statutes in other states to sue for damages in court in Connecticut."

Uh...what? Do they not understand the total can of worms that opens up?

""The bill also establishes a cause of action that allows persons who were sued in another state for allegedly providing, or receiving support for, reproductive health services that are legal in Connecticut to recover certain costs they incurred defending the original action and bringing an action under the bill," the legislation, H.B. 5414, states."

You can read the bill here: https://www.cga.ct.gov/2022/FC/PDF/2022HB-05414-R000509-FC.PDF

In essence they are trying to bind citizens of other states to CT law and jurisdiction. These imbeciles don't seem to realize that if passed and upheld, every state could create laws where it's citizens can sue citizens of other states for violating that states laws.  It simply creates conflict.

This bill is clearly unconstitutional. These people don't care because it's about virtue signalling.  But it shows the extent to which they will go to control other people. They're not satisfied with making abortion legal in THEIR state, nope they gotta go mess with others.

No Compelled Speech

Sometimes I have to discuss the amendments to the US constitution and remind people that those rights discussed are not "given" by the document. Instead those amendments are explicit restraints on the government, at every level, on infringing on those rights.  So in the case of the first amendment, it doesn't *give* you the right to free speech, it protects that right from the government. Further it must be understood that the freedom of speech includes not only the restraint on the government to compel speech (also codified in the 5th amendment) but also prohibits the government from what is called "prior-restraint" of speech.

Webster's dictionary currently defines prior restraint as follows:

governmental prohibition imposed on expression before the expression actually takes place

Of late with the tranny nonsense, many state agencies have attempted to impose both compelled speech as well as prior restraint upon those in its employment. Recently a court punished a university for it.

Shawnee State University in Ohio has reached a settlement with a professor whom it punished for refusing to use a transgender student’s preferred pronouns, according to a new report.
The university will pay philosophy professor Nick Meriwether $400,000 in damages and attorney fees and will rescind a written warning it issued to Meriwether in June 2018 in response to a biological male student’s complaint that the professor refused to use female pronouns for the student, Fox News reported.

Hint, If your university has the word "state" in it,  you should know better than compelled speech.

The controversy began in January 18 when Meriwether responded to the student’s question during a political philosophy class by saying, “Yes, sir.” After class, the student told the professor that the student is transgender and asked to be referred to as a woman going forward, including with “feminine titles and pronouns,” according to the Alliance Defending Freedom, which represented Meriwether in court.

The professor argued that obliging the student’s requests would violate his own convictions as a Christian. When the professor declined to use female pronouns, the student became belligerent and told Meriwether he would be fired, according to court documents cited by Fox News.

Now my problem here is the religious assertion. I have discussed elsewhere that non-theistic ideologies are equally protected by the first amendment.  But worse here is that here you had a state agency attempting to punish a citizen for stating actual facts and refusing to engage in the delusions of another person.

The student then filed a complaint with Shawnee State, which opened an investigation into the incident. The university found that the professor “effectively created a hostile environment” for the student by not using the preferred pronouns. Meriwether offered to call the student by any name requested, however. The student did not accept the professor’s offer, according to the report.
Here's the thing though. It was the student who created the hostile environment. Up until he started demanding to put words into the professor's mouth there was no "hostilities". It was the demand to force the professor to say something [that was completely untrue] that was an act of hostility.

This is how they do. They put the world upside down and then try to say that YOU have a problem for noticing that things are wrong.

“Dr. Meriwether rightly defended his freedom to speak and stay silent, and not conform to the university’s demand for uniformity of thought. We commend the university for ultimately agreeing to do the right thing, in keeping with its reason for existence as a marketplace of ideas.”

Personally, I think $400k is too little. A couple hundred million will get the word out quickly to all state colleges and other government agencies that they cannot engage in either prior restraint or compelled speech.

Use of face masks did not impact COVID-19 incidence

Really?

Who knew?

Oh right. I did.  And I explained the physics. As for the paper:

Our aim was to compare COVID-19 incidence among 10–12-year-olds between cities with different recommendations on the use of face masks in schools...

"We compared the differences in trends of 14-day incidences between Helsinki and Turku among 10–12-year-olds, and for comparison, also among ages 7–9 and 30–49 by using joinpoint regression. According to our analysis, no additional effect seemed to be gained from this, based on comparisons between the cities and between the age groups of the unvaccinated children (10–12 years versus 7–9 years)."

"no additional effect seemed to be gained."
