Mass Hysteria: Example Virginia

 A lot of Democrats lost their entire minds when Youngkin won the governor's seat. But the psychosis revealed its extent when the mask mandate was dropped. Let's look at how some of the people have gone completely over the deep end. From the Washington Post:

In Virginia Beach, a mother is sending frantic emails to her school board, begging them to reverse their mask-optional policy to protect the life of her 14-year-old daughter who has a heart condition. 

"Frantic."

Not that I'm not sympathetic to the child's heart condition but that's no reason to impose on everybody else.  We used to understand that.

In Arlington, a teenage girl broke down sobbing this week as she asked her parents for help navigating the suddenly thorny social dynamics between masked and unmasked friends — leading her mother to pull her from school for a mental health day. 

"Broke down sobbing."

There are a lot of people to blame here, but I put that on the parents. Simply put, those who insist on putting something on or in you in order to be your "friend" is a bully and should be cut off. Period. 

in Chesapeake, Va., on Tuesday, the first day her school district stopped requiring masks in accordance with Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s mask-optional executive order, ninth-grade English teacher Amanda Lambert awoke unsure if she would go to work. 

 because of her blood-clotting disorder, she was unlikely to live through “the next round” of coronavirus variants if she contracted the illness and had to go on a ventilator. “Being intubated,” she thought to herself, “is signing your own death certificate.” 

Now I'm slightly sympathetic to this teacher. The shots can cause blot clotting. The infection can cause blood clotting. That's a tough call. Still though, doesn't give her any rights to force other people to put something on or in their bodies.

"Allowed."

This type of language continues to bother me to no end. Like we need permission from some entity to go about our lives without some piece of cloth that has *been known* to have zero effects on transmission of viruses.

I am absolutely bothered by the idea that a governor has to (or has the power to) declare whether I have the right to determine what I do or do not do to keep myself or children I may have healthy. As I've said a couple of times in writing and in videos, prior to 2020 I had been operating under the assumptions that there were bright line things that the state, at least in America, would not and could not cross. I was very mistaken.

A Washington Post analysis found that, as of Friday, more than half of Virginia districts had opted to ignore the governor’s order 

Two things: First, I would put down cold hard cash (pre-inflation) that these districts are in "blue" Virginia. Second, I would bet that these people would be calling it "insurrection" if it went the other way. This is why it shouldn't even be something that can be done (in either direction).

" the fallout from a directive that many said felt like a poorly thought-through political ploy with profound health and academic consequences for Virginia’s students and teachers."

'Fallout"? "Poorly thought out"? What is there to think about? If you are so propagandized that you think YOU need to put on a piece of cloth that is known to do diddly squat, KNOCK. YOURSELF. OUT.

Let me tell you a story. Early in my blackjack playing days, I played in casinos that allowed smoking, I hate cigarette smoke. And it's bad for you. So I brought a valved mask to wear. Guess what? Not a damn body said anything to me. I was the only person I saw in this huge casino with a mask on. You know what else? It only worked a little bit and was very uncomfortable. I ended up just dealing with it by staying in the least smokey areas and leaving anytime a person sat down near me with a cigarette.  I was free to choose and I made choices. That's how it goes. There is nothing to "think about".

Lero, who identifies as politically independent, said in an interview that he dislikes masks, which he finds uncomfortable. But he doesn’t mind wearing them in school because he knows some teachers feel unsafe otherwise.

While I'm appreciative that Lero is considering the teacher's feelings, this is bad in the long run. There's being considerate and there is enabling psychosis. Once again, the masks, short of well fitted and *never touched* N95 ones, are useless. Wearing one is symbolic of  The Psychosis and it needs to stop. Lero doesn't understand that his "compliance" only opens the door to more onerous "asks". Of course Lero is already being groomed to be the new "highly compliant" citizen who can be imposed upon with a simple appeal of "feeling safe".

Here's how you do that: Stop imposing yourself on other people.

Translation: "After contaminating her expensive mask, which was improperly situated and therefore had already exposed her to any and everything in the air,"

Lambert willed herself to behave normally with the masked and unmasked alike.

If you have to "will yourself to behave normally" when you see or deal with someone who doesn't have a mask on YOU are a victim of The Psychosis and should get yourself deprogrammed.

The most dangerous moment, she said, came when she walked over to a student who was struggling and needed help — and who had pulled down her cloth mask, tucking it below her chin.

"Dangerous"

You know, a lot of these people need professional help.

"“There was that split second of, ‘Oh, I need to tell her to pull up her mask,’ ” Lambert said. “And then I remembered: Oh, wait. I can’t.”"

"I can't."

This, ladies and gentlemen is THE ISSUE. The mask mandate and the vaccine mandate is about control. Like I've written and said many times, these people are punks who are using the state to impose themselves on others. They "can't" make other people do anything because they [rightfully] fear they would be met with a violent response, so they enlist the state, with it's monopoly on violence  to force compliance from people they otherwise couldn't threaten.

This "I can't" is exactly the issue. So now that they do not have the "power" to coerce others, they feel powerless and it *reaaaally* bother's them. That others are not living in The Psychosis bothers them. In fact seeing others not living The Psychosis is a *part of* The Psychosis.

Oh did I mention that this Lambert woman is obese? She couldn't be bothered with changing her dietary habits and exercise habits which is going to cause her health issues anyway but wants to impose herself on others.

Apart from that — and the ever-present worry that she might catch the virus 

"Ever present worry" of catching COVID. If she was THAT worried she'd be in the gym. She had two years to get herself in shape and failed to do so. Do you know what kind of fitness gains can be had in 2 years? But aside from that there is a difference between accepting that everyone gets their turn eventually and worrying about catching the virus. I have been operating under the assumption that I can or will catch the virus at any time. Hence I have a regimen to slow the replication process so that I don't get pulled into stage II of the disease where the body's immune system goes into overdrive and THAT process kills. 

So in a sense this woman is a *victim* of Fauci et. al. who have suppressed early treatment in favor of the WEF agenda. 

"Loudoun saw about 100 students show up maskless over the course of the week, said spokesman Wayde Byard, and those students were placed apart from masked peers in common areas such as auditoriums, gyms or libraries. No students were punished, Byard said." 

The school district that allows sexual assault...

Anyway, these students WERE in fact punished AND discriminated against.

"Public Schools spokeswoman Helen Lloyd said only 26 of the system’s 180,000 students refused to put masks on, earning them one-day suspensions. " 

Not surprised. The next generation is being groomed to accept authoritarianism as normal.

"In Chesapeake, mother Kasha Herek switched her child to home schooling this week after the end of required masking led the 9-year-old to fear going to school...

said she has kept her son home this week after the boy started crying and asked if he was going to die at school. "

Reminder that children are at the lowest risk of both severe disease as well as death. As a matter of fact, when looking at the ages mentioned here, most charts have their hospitalization and deaths at zero because there are so few (I have posted many such charts here). If your 9 year old kid thinks he is going to die because someone is not wearing a mask at school, there is failure all around BEGINNING at home.

No he did no such thing. These people were all happy as a pig in slop when they could force masks on people. Now they lost that power and its 'division" 

You can **** off this that nonsense. You all suffering The Psychosis have made it political. You COULD have minded your own business and chosen to do what made YOU comfortable, but instead you all wanted to impose on other people. THAT is what made it political.

This sounds like some school desegregation shit. Again, children are the least vulnerable population. No child should be "nervous" unless they are obese and/or diabetic.

" She said people, all the way up to Youngkin, are prioritizing what they perceive as personal rights over other people’s health and safety.“Listen to ourselves. Do we not care about each other?” said Kerr-Hobert, 42, who has two children in the school system. “It bothers me to the core what our country is becoming."" 

Yeah so in America, the constitutional republic that it is, the INDIVIDUAL has rights. Not the group. There is no "other people's health and safety" exception to those individually held rights. This underscores another rather large problem that the last two years has exposed: The total lack of understanding on how American governance is supposed to work per the Constitution and law arising out of it.  The reason this chick is bothered "to the core" about what the "country is becoming" is because she lacks understanding of WHAT the country "IS".  I agree that there is a problem with "what the country is becoming". It is becoming a socialist state and far too many people are OK with that because they think they benefit from that change and will only learn too late what they actually have signed up for.

"“My daughter broke down crying, saying, ‘I can’t make these decisions. They’re too hard,’ ” Webb said. “This order is ending friendships. It’s just so divisive.”"

The order is not ending friendships. You (and your friends) lack of respect for the rights of others is ending friendships. But look at the language here "I can't make these decisions". When you think you can't make decisions then you want the government to step in and make decisions for you. That is giving up responsibility for your decisions. That's a part of The Psychosis. If these people understood the following well known facts:

1) Masks, with the exception of N95 or better masks, that are properly fitted and sealed and uncontaminated by frequent removal, are absolutely useless when it comes to blocking the virus. Period.

2) The current "vaccines" are nothing of the sort and do not prevent transmission or infection of said virus.

3) none of the current vaccines are effective against the current strain (Omicron).

4) Everybody will have their turn.

5) Early treatment is key.

Then there would be no need to have a friendship threatened. It is the ignorance of these facts that is leading people to kill friendships. 

So this article is a great example of The Psychosis. The Post is going after Youngkin because he just won and he is a Republican and they are mad about it. In plain contrast is NY Gov Hochul who nobody has anything to say in regards to her mandate because it's what the purveyors of The Psychosis want to see done.

More Exemptions Fall

Last October I posted about people who got exemptions who thought they were home free. I warned that those exemptions were at risk because the very presence of so called non-vaccinated persons puts a lie to the deadly emergency message. Well here's New Jersey.

"The Healthcare Professionals and Allied Employees (HPAE), the state’s largest union of nurses and health care workers, released a statement today expressing frustration at Gov. Phil Murphy’s new booster mandate for health care and congregate living workers, which also eliminates the test-out option for those who do not wish to get vaccinated.

“Testing is a key component and today’s executive order has just eliminated an important tool in slowing the spread of the virus,” HPAE President Debbie White said. “While we appreciate the need to increase vaccination rates, this does not solve the problems that exist right now.”"

Say, who did this union support during the last election?

HPAE endorsed Murphy in both 2017 and 2021, with White saying last year that Murphy “consistently brought labor to the table in times of crisis to work collaboratively.”

 Oh, so like "my" union, they supported the mandate imposing candidate and got their members screwed.

There's a story about feeding alligators that is appropriate now.

Once the Supreme Court allowed the CMS mandate to go through and stated that the states essentially have free hand to impose what they like, gov. Murphy had a free hand. You all [helped] in giving him that power by supporting him even though it was well known that he was Mr. Mandate. These nurses just thought that the alligator wouldn't eat them.

The Djokovic Affair: Not About Health Or Safety

 If you thought that the Djkovic issue was just Australia then you are extremely naive about what is going on here. No sooner had Australia deported  Djokovic, other sporting "authorities" stepped up to show their allegence to the WEF NWO.

The French authorities said this week that players must be vaccinated to compete in the French Open — the next of the four Grand Slam tournaments, scheduled for May.

And:

The authorities in Spain, where Mr. Djokovic owns a house, have urged him to “lead by example” and get vaccinated. In Monte Carlo, where Mr. Djokovic also has a house, the organizers of a tournament that he has previously won said they were awaiting guidelines from the French government for the 2022 edition in April.

And :

Mr. Djokovic might be able to compete in Wimbledon in June, but under current guidelines he could be barred from competing in the U.S. Open a few months later, since foreign travelers must be vaccinated to enter the United States, with very limited exceptions.

Let me remind you that it is already known that these "vaccinations" do nothing to stop infection or transmission of COVID. Again, this is widely known and not in dispute. Hence, everybody and anybody attending any event is just as likely to get infected and/or transmit regardless of whether they took a shot. Therefore; it is clear that this is NOT about health. This is not about safety. This is a compliance test and a lot of people are more than willing to comply.

"“Who would understand if we asked our citizens to make an effort and respect the rules if we authorize some to get out of them?” Stanislas Guerini, the leader of President Emmanuel Macron’s party, said on French radio this week. He called Mr. Djokovic’s behavior in remaining unvaccinated “irresponsible.”"

There it is. First you didn't ASK, You made a demand on the citizenry. Those who willingly took a shot did so of their own free will. But the state has and continues to coerce those who made other choices. That is not an ask.  

Secondly here is the "responsible" talk that I discussed in the last Garvey's Ghost TV episode. This claim that so and so is being responsible is to obfuscate the real message that those people are being compliant with demands that the state put upon them.  Unfortunately too many people see "compliance" as automatically good.

This goes along with what the Australian authorities said about deporting Djokovic. He was a threat to the order because his being "unvaccinated" would lead people to question the authorities and undermine their message. Again, this is not about health. It is about control.

Djokovic is rich. He can retire and do whatever he wants. They know this. This is about making him an example to those who are not similarly situated. Here's what I think Djokovic and Serbia should do:

They should create a "parallel sports circuit" and create a tennis open for all athletes free of discrimination. This is in line with all the talk of parallel economies being discussed. The current regimes must be broken and they can only be broken by being able to bypass them entirely. 

On a side note, I'm a big fan of cycling. I watch Le Tour every year. Many of those cyclist are dead smack in the middle of the age group most likely to get myocarditis from the vaccines. How many of them are going to risk their lives in order to participate? Will we see a cyclist drop dead during Le Tour as we have seen on soccer fields? 

Sotomayor Should Be Recused

 SCOTUS judge Sonia Sotomayor should be recused from any case that has to do with COVID and perhaps any other health related litigation for the remainder of her term. Why? Because of this revelation via NPR

"It was pretty jarring earlier this month when the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court took the bench for the first time since the omicron surge over the holidays. All were now wearing masks. All, that is, except Justice Neil Gorsuch. What's more, Justice Sonia Sotomayor was not there at all, choosing instead to participate through a microphone setup in her chambers."

Why, pray tell was she holed up in her chambers?

Sotomayor has diabetes, a condition that puts her at high risk for serious illness, or even death, from COVID-19...

 Now, though, the situation had changed with the omicron surge, and according to court sources, Sotomayor did not feel safe in close proximity to people who were unmasked. Chief Justice John Roberts, understanding that, in some form asked the other justices to mask up.

I see.

Is she vaccinated? Does she not "believe the science" that masks work? I mean you can't say that masks don't work on YouTube (as me how I know) because it contradicts "authoritative sources". If she believes in the science so much she should be fine. 

They all did. Except Gorsuch, who, as it happens, sits next to Sotomayor on the bench. His continued refusal since then has also meant that Sotomayor has not attended the justices' weekly conference in person, joining instead by telephone.

The press made a point of pointing out that all the justices were triple jabbed. So how is it that Sotomayor felt "unsafe". Did she not believe the shots worked? Did she not believe that the shots plus the masks work?

If she felt "unsafe" around her triple jabbed colleagues then what business did she had supporting a mandate for a product she herself does not have faith in?

How is that not a disqualifying conflict?

The New Segregationists

 For those very long readers they probably noticed I have ceased from "noting" MLK day. One of the if not THE reason for it is because I had come to the conclusion that MLK day and the man himself had become commercialized.  In particular I saw how people on the left would take positions that were diametrically opposed to the stated goals of King.

Judge by content of character? Nope. Blacks are all oppressed. Whites are universal oppressors.

Personal accountability? Nope. Every ill that a black person faces or black people face is the fault of white people (via WS) and black people are not responsible for their own behavior and choices.

But 2021 revealed the whopper. The same people who supposedly love MLK are OK with segregation. It is not any state or city in the south (that I know of) that is run by so called racist Republicans who have made mandates that segregate people due to medical choices they made for themselves.

As I noted in a post on why I think Juneteenth is a great holiday for all Americans, I noted that the end of slavery was a high point because it affirmed the right of all persons to have ownership over their own body (and it's fruits). You are not the property of the state nor of any individual.  That was a great thing to have happened in America. A LOT of people died making that so.

And yet here is the stark comparison. In NYC in one of the most liberal states (upstate is red though) and the *black* mayor, a Democrat failed to end the "vaccine mandate" on businesses and failed to end the segregation in certain public areas. Note that these policies are only in heavily liberal NYC. You cross the lines into Nassau or Westchester counties and none of that nonsense is in effect.

NYC is the new Birmingham and Adams is the Bull Connor. 

And standing in stark contrast, down in Virginia, the prior capitol of the Confederacy, the new Republican governor, ended the vaccine mandates for the state as one of his first actions on day one.

Day. One.

Oh and a black Jamaican immigrant is lieutenant governor.

My how times have changed.

Now to be clear, it isn't that discrimination and segregation did not exist in northern states and cities. But the loudest mouths about the sins of segregation and discrimination come from those places and yet they have managed to be THE places of discrimination and segregation.

Who would have figured that all you needed to turn the left black leadership class into segregationists was to create fear of a virus with a 99.9% survival rate.

The Custodial State

 A Taki's Magazine article entitled "Prisoners of the New Order" popped into my reading feed last night that I thought really encapsulated what we are seeing in the US since March of 2020.  I think it is worth a read.

The West is now in the midst of a great transformation. The old liberal order of respect for the individual rights of the citizens as things they possess by nature of being alive is now giving way to a custodial order. In the old order, you were responsible for you. In the new managerial order, the administrative state is responsible for you.

 

This is why we hear so much about "public health" and "public" this that and the other. Looking at how people talk, particularly on the left, they want the state to enforce their own particular view of how things should be done. They cannot aggress against individuals themselves so they take over state institutions to do the aggression for them. Of course the state enforcers (police) are more than happy to "do their job".

I don't bring up the police by accident. The article goes on to show what this custodial state actually is:

Prisons, of course, work similarly. Those who follow the rules are rewarded with extra benefits like additional commissary or access to the library. Those who are noncompliant are punished. As we are seeing with the administrative state’s response to Covid, the system rests on the utilitarian belief that people are motivated by the desire for pleasure and the avoidance of pain.

Another similarity is the prison system selects against empathy. Guards and administrators who care about the prisoners are a problem. Similarly, bureaucracy selects against conscientiousness. Put the two together in the prison system and the result is a lot of sadists who take pleasure in tormenting the prisoners. It turns out that people who like exercising absolute control over others tend to be sociopaths. (my underlines)

This is exactly what's going on in America (and more so elsewhere). The country is becoming an open air prison.  And the point about sadists is spot on. I have shown in the Garvey's Ghost TV series how all these sadists behave. These abusers who are relishing the power they now have to act out on their depravity are enjoying this and no amount of showing truth and data will dissuade them because it is not about health or safety it is about power over others.

"At Least Four" You Say?

 Here at The Ghost we said that this entire pandemic was a pandemic of the co-morbid. That is that the people at risk for severe outcomes, including death were those who had certain co-morbidities. Top of that list was and is, obesity. Other comorbidities are closely related to obesity such as diabetes and kidney disease.

"Fact checkers" and other so called "authorities" would have anyone stating this labelled "anti-vaxxer" and "conspiracy theorists". All we were doing was looking at the data from around the world. Data that was readily available to anyone who could bother to look. Now almost 2 years later, here comes the head of the CDC saying what we, the skeptics, knew all along.

We knew this. This is why vaccine mandates and passports are not only immoral but are totally ineffective.  These people need to be held accountable. There needs to be reparations to those of us who have suffered, literally, for not only speaking the truth but for standing up for it at [great] expense.

SCOTUS 2022: Stakes Is High

 

 

I wish I was referring to the track above but I'm not. Yesterday's SCOTUS oral arguments was painful to listen to. We had court justices that made statements of "fact" that were not only not facts at all, such as "750 million new cases" (said by Bryer) which is impossible as there are only 330 million people in the US IN TOTAL, but that weren't even a part of the facts put into evidence by either party. 

You had Sotomayor who made the absolute ludicrous claim that there were 100,000 children in ICU for COVID when there are barely 1% lf that claim in hospital with OR from COVID.

The thought that there are people on the highest court of the land which supposedly would have the highest standards in the land who don't have the latest information on COVID and who couldn't even bother to do a simple Google search on the subject is downright depressing. 

These are supposed to be some of the best legal minds from the top Ivy League institutions?

Really?

That matter aside I want to underscore the level of stakes here. It is something I have mentioned here many times and that I have consistently noted as absent from the various legal briefs I have read:

Does the individual have a inalienable right to decide, without consequences other than his own health, what medication he will or will not take or what medical procedures he will or will not undergo?

Does his body belong to him or does it belong to the state or some private employer?

Because you cannot simultaneously own your body and also be subject to the medical whims of the state or a private entity.

All of the arguments I've read and heard have been technical in nature. Does so and so agency have this right. Did they go through this process? Did Congress delegate this that or the other. Does the "emergency" authorize, such and such. If such and such exemption is listed then... 

Etc. Etc. Etc.

The facts alone in the case sink this and every other mandate. As the latest variant has blown through the "vaxxed" population and broken every previous case record world wide has shown. The mandate's stated purpose: to stop or slow the spread, is DOA. 

They cannot support such a case with the evidence on hand. That alone should sink this and every other mandate. If they don't then that means any agency or private party can make any mandate they like regardless of whether it actually serves a purpose. 

That the so-called vaccines reduce symptoms should be another nail in it's coffin. No one would take a NyQuil mandate seriously. Imagine that your boss or the state mandated that you take NyQuil because you might be sick and that by taking NyQuil you will have less symptoms and therefore are less likely to miss work.

Exactly.

But the evidence shows that this is exactlly what these mandates are. State and private companies playing doctor (without a license) on what you should take if you fall ill.

Again though, that is all "technicalities". The main point is do you have the right to refuse without retaliation? That answer should be an easy yes but I'm not convinced these justices understand that.  Not even the "conservative" ones.

The other reason this should be an easy decision is that these vaccines are clearly experimental. If you got the childhood vaccines there was (and is) a schedule. You get one set, then another set and there is a set time between them and a set dose and then you're done. When it comes to the COVID "vaccines" they first said "1 (J&J) or 2 and done". They even briefly claimed that once taken the individual could not get infected OR transmit. Shortly thereafter, they changed their tune on that.

Then they went onto Boosters with some countries on booster number 4 and others planning out to booster number 6.  Nobody in these health agencies have any idea what is going on or what to expect. On that basis alone we know that this entire "vaccination" push is at best experimental.

Again, do you as an individual have the inalienable right to decline to be experimented on? That should be an easy "Yes" and yet I am not confident in the least bit that these judges even see this. There shouldn't be a liberal or conservative view on this. This should be fundamentally understood. But since it is clear that even easily accessible and fundamental facts such as it being impossible to have 750 million new cases in the US, is lost on these judges we cannot be confident that the court will decide *in the manner* they need to,

The other catch here is that from what I've heard and read, even if the court strikes down the federal mandates, which is again a "technical" matter, they are still in favor of and apparently accepting the argument that the states have such power. Hence, it may be the case that an adverse ruling for the fed simply means that the people affected have merely jumped out of the fire and INTO the frying pan.

This would particularly be the case in "blue" states that are the most authoritarian but it does leave "red' states vulnerable at every election cycle. So for example, DeSantis may be hostile to mandates in Florida, but all it would take is a single Democrat governorship victory and that "safe haven" is gone.

So yes the stakes are very high here. A failure to state clearly the individual's right to decline medical treatment without threats against their person and livelihoods will leave the door open to states and private parties regardless of whether these particular federal mandates are upheld.

RIP Desmond Tutu

Still being in an altered state of mind due to my current condition, I think the passing of Tutu didn't hit me as it would have had things been "normal". Not to say that his passing is insignificant. I was very much into the situation in South Africa and more of a Steve Biko  and Pan-African Congress fan than an ANC fan. Being youthful I gravitated to the whole "spear of the nation" rhetoric. 

There will be those who disapprove, I'm not looking for approval. My position has long been that if you don't get angry, possibly "wish them all dead" (in reference to the white South African nationals) angry at the plight of black folks in that country at that time, I'd think you don't really care.

Fast forward to after the end of Apartheid and the whole Truth and Justics commission. Honestly I thought it was a cop out. You let people get off so long as they confess to whatever it is they did? On both sides?

How do you do that? How do you judge the actions of those fighting FOR liberation in the same light as those who fight for oppression? Even today I struggle with that. However; for Tutu this was about univeral law. Universal humanity and that those principles should guide every and any side. Honestly I think something else motivated that.

Like others at the time I couldn't understand why there wasn't a "clean sweep" of the SA government and an aggressive land reclamation endeavor a-la-Zimbabwe. I couldn't understand it because I was, like many others entirely ignorant of the situation.

I saw a documentary about Mandela's prison time which featured interviews with other political prisoners and it was then that I understood. Mandela and his comrades came to understand that they could not "kill de-white people" and still have one of the most advanced countries on the continent. The natives had, by and large none of the expertise needed to run such a franchise. Hence the desire for revenge and other feelings that were well studied by Frantz Fanno that could lead to national collapse had to be avoided.

This is what I think that commission was meant to do. I think it worked to a great extent though only a fool would not recognize the killing of white South African farmers as racial revenge. To see how badly that can end up, simply look north to Zimbabwe which would very much like a return of their white farmers.

So in a sense Tutu helped to avoid a violent racial purge in South Africa. Again, not to say everything is a crystal stair. I'm older and wiser now. The fires of revenge doused by discernment, something Tutu had and implemented. 

Thank you Tutu for your service however imperfect.

They Hate You

 Yesterday I found out about a family member who was having extended family visit for the holidays. I was told there was a conflict about "who could come". Being the naive person I usually am, I figured this was about certain family members not getting along. No. The actual situation is that certain members have taken one of the shots and others have not and, of course, the shot takers are the ones making the fuss, dictating that the "not jabbed" not attend.

Now me personally, my position is that it is MY house and therefore I decide who may or may not enter, not the guests. I personally would have dis invited anyone who thought THEY had that right.  

They are not the only people with this issue. Families across the world are going through this. In my opinion these people are revealing themselves for who and what they are. They are the people who would have balked at sitting next to a Negro on the bus. They would have been offended by a Negro being in the same bathroom as them. They would have been the people defending slavery and the like. They are the type who would not have batted an eye as Jews were put into ghettos, placed on trains and put into ovens.

The point is that the pandemic has revealed a lot of people for exactly WHAT they are. The culture has moved enough so that they can actually BE who they are without the fear of consequences. They can count on the "authorities" to have their backs. They relish in being the New Master Race.

I saw a post by Jessie Kelly (I believe) where he was pointing out how these politicians and un-elected "public health officials" publicly speak to citizens with unmasked condescension. I remember driving down the NJ Turnpike and seeing the "knocklehead" signage on the traffic boards and I was like, WHO do THEY think they are talking to like that? That is not how a public SERVANT addresses those they SERVE.

As I pointed out in my livestream on Saturday, these people no longer think the government exists to serve the people, they think it is the other way around and they are doing everything they can to make that the "new normal".

During the 2016 election campaign, Hillary Clinton let her mask slip off when she called Trump supporters a "basket of deplorables".  I didn't recognize it at the time, but this was the emergent "eliminationist" language of the new DNC. Many of us, including me, thought this was a Clinton thing but as we have seen, this is a far larger phenomenon. Witness an official WH communication:

First. Omicron is not doing anything. Any disruption to work and school is due to the government and employers. Full stop. 

Second notice the "two tier" society. They are working for the "vaccinated" and the rest of you can FOAD.

Thirdly, the "winter of severe illness" is factually incorrect. We already know that the vast majority of infections are asymptomatic or mild (cold like) symptoms. And by "vast majority" we mean 90+%. We also know that severe cases are largely (again 90+%) among those with specific comorbidities related to metabolic syndrome (obesity, diabetes).

But imagine the level of contempt required to write such a release. I have said many times this year:

Reasonable minds may disagree on OSHA’s approach to the pandemic, but we do not
substitute our judgment for that of OSHA, which has been tasked by Congress with policy-

Never mind that the above paragraph says NOTHING about workplace safety, which is what OSHA is about. Never mind that none of the "vaccines" actually prevent infection or transmission. 

And never mind that per the constitution the individual holds the rights over their persons and property as enumerated in the 4th Amendment, not the "government"  or "public".

I have zero confidence that SCOTUS will do any different. And that assumes they even take the case.

As I said months ago, this will be the end of the US as it has been known. The ideology has been thoroughly implanted.

NYS Soars Past Prior Casedemic Highs

 Perusing Worldometers as I am wont to do from time to time, I decided to look at the current numbers in NYS.

NYS has blown by it's peak rates from both March-May 2020 as well as meeting it's Nov-Jan peak. 

The most cases can be seen in NYC.

 Note that NYC has it's mask mandate and it's "vaccine passport" system as well as many companies (including hospitals) requiring "vaccines" for employment.

Any sane place would see that these measures meant nothing in regards to cases and immediately cease and desist but we are not in sane times.

The good news is that while case rates are high, the death rates have not followed and remain quite low. Last January's peak was far lower than the March 2020 Cuomo fiasco and I expect this one to be equal to or lesser than the one seen in Jan 2020. Why? Partially due to better care. I would think a lot of people have gotten the message that early treatment is important. Better serious care (keeping people off vents), The reaping effect of the last two waves and the therapeutic effects of the current "vaccines' on people who would otherwise have tipped over. Those already predisposed to no or mild symptoms, which is most of the cases would not by dying regardless of "shot" status.

I Tried To Warn Y'all

 

Where I work(ed), I told my coworkers that it won't stop at 2 shots. A lot of them, who are probably glad I'm gone, didn't believe me. This is the second announcement I've seen. 

Serious question for those who submitted to the first [injection] demand: At what point is it enough? Are you of the opinion that you'll take every shot they demand no matter how frequent? 

If so, does none of this even make you think about how [in]effective these shots are? I mean 3 shots in ONE YEAR. Some countries are looking at shot number four. So far, at best, these are symptom reducers. No different (in effect) than Tylenol. Do you trust your employer to dictate any other medication they decide you should have?

Serious question. Remember what they sold you. They said it would STOP infection and transmission. They said if you got these shots that life would go back to normal. That's what you were promised. How much of that has come true for you? If you're in NY the state just said that regardless of "vaccination", you have to put on a mask indoors and that's on top of the barring of "unvaccinated" from many places.

Now, YOU will soon be the "un-vaccinated" do YOU think that is fair?

Don't Let This Happen To You: A Financial Story

 So per the last post, The Ghost is being shown the door. So as you should do, I checked my accounts to confirm [again] my financial situation. I reached out to the representative of the company that a large amount of my retirement account balance lives in. What I was told left me in tears.

I'm not kidding.

If you work for the state of NJ you need to read this because there is a high likelihood that you are unaware of what's going on with "your" money. So when I started working for the state of NJ, I had a 403b. At some point, the actual year I do not recall, when I increased my contributions, A second account was appeared on my paycheck. My mistake was that I was only concerned about the total being deducted rather than asking WHY there was a second line with a different code?

Well apparently this line represented the fact that this money was going into a 401A account. What is that? I cannot exactly describe it to you but it contains a SERIOUS kicker if you are less than 55, and I'll add less than 40. Here';s the kicker:

 You do not have access to the employer matching contribution. Nor do you have access to the *gains* made on the employer contributions.  Since most of the time the employers *match* the employee contribution, this means that whatever your total amount is in these accounts, you only have access to at most 50% of it until you are 55.

So say you are 45 and amassed $500,000. You get the boot from your job or leave on your own and  was looking to tap your retirement (20% tax hit along with 10% penalty) you suddenly only have access to 250k. Of course in REAL terms you only have access to 70% of that  ($175k).

So if you got into a long stretch of unemployment, you have far less to fall back on than you thought.

Now sure that portion you can't touch is still growing (hopefully) while you can't touch it, but damn, Imagine not realizing you can't touch it when you needed it? What if you have far less than $250k  and now when you thought you had a year's cushion, you barely have 6 months.

So why have I posted this?

Well if this situation applies to you, I want you to contact your financial advisor and find out what is allocated where and what you have access to for an extended emergency...like legal representation.

The Ghost Is Terminated

So today at 11AM, I received notice of pending termination due to "non-compliance" with the "vaccine mandate" at my place of employment. 

I was expecting this shoe to drop. The only question was when. It's one of the reasons posts here have been very sporadic. A little about me:

I've been employed, continuously, since 1995. I had one week without pay (not including furloughs) when I transitioned into this last job in 1999.  Cumulatively I have 30 years of computer experience going back to the Apple computer (pre-Macintosh) and IBM PS2.

22 years at the same employer. No disciplinary issues ever. No negative performance evaluations ever. Created jobs for people who will be there after me. Programs I wrote run entire class programs (yes this is a university) and have been for 15 years. 

Then the pandemic hit.

While I shared the early alarm, I quickly came to realize that something was very wrong. I didn't realize just how wrong things were. See, my mistake, which I discussed in an earlier post, was that I thought there were bright lines that nobody would cross. Lines that *could not* be crossed.

I was wrong and by the time I realized it, it was too late. The plans were being drawn up, the employees had been thoroughly scared and everybody was afraid to lose their jobs. So they all went along hoping the axe wouldn't fall on them. Some truly believed in the narrative too.

I the end though, bright lines were crossed without consequence. I have learned that I am surrounded by many petit tyrants. I am also surrounded by people who are scared to death of these petit tyrants. I am surrounded by people "just doing their jobs".

In the end though, 22 years of service and a flawless employee record meant shit. In the end me and my contributions, current and future, meant absolutely nothing to the admin members who "sat in judgment". They wanted control of my body or they wanted me gone. 

Lesson? Nobody is indispensable. There is no loyalty.

One thing I have kept in mind is that there are a lot of people who are in worse situations than mine. Who have far. less prospects than I do. Honestly, I've had a pretty uneventful life up until now. But you know...variance. Ha. As I've said to people in regards to the pandemic: Everybody is going to get their turn. Hopefully it's not that bad.

So what's The Ghost going to do?

Honestly, I'm at a point where I don't want to work for anyone else ever again.  I'd like to move to a "free state" but that would entail abandoning or dislocating someone who depends on me. I'm not good with doing the latter, particularly during the winter months.

Some of you are wondering about legal options. Yeah, I'm looking at that but there's a lot to consider. Is paying for a lawyer AND the costs of a court fight worth it? Could the time and money be better spent pursuing future "investments"? I'm not dealing with federal mandates, I'm dealing with a state mandate (none of which have had decisive decisions yet). I have a "unique" situation where I have no religious or medical reason to not take any shot hence my claim lies on conscientious objection which, in terms of the mandates is "new" ground.  Say I prevail but not in the way of 'early retirement' levels of compensation. Do I really want to work for people who were willing to treat me like this? No.

So yeah, 30+ years of employment and The Ghost is facing termination for something completely unrelated to work performance. Only in Joe Biden's America.

Total "Vaccine" Narrative Collapse

 No, we're not going to talk about the blood clots,  heart problems and deaths. No, instead we go directly to the conceit behind the various mandates: Stopping the transmission. 

Many of us who have been looking at the data and knew of the past in regards to coronaviruses did not believe the claims of stopping the transmission. And since we were and are fair, we waited on data. Slowly but surely the data came out and even the government agents had to admit that the "vaccines" did not prevent transmission or infection. And yet and still governments around the world have been violating basic human rights in regards to deciding what they put in their bodies on this completely fraudulent premise.  Some countries going to the extent of creating camps for people who *may* have had contact with someone who popped up positive. Now we have total evidence that the 'vaccine your way out" argument is a total and utter fraud:

The money shot:

Fortunately so far nobody has been hospitalized. I'm not a ghoul so I don't wish ill on any of them. Given that they are young and presumably in decent metabolic shape, they were ALWAYS expected to have either no symptoms or mild symptoms. It's been that way since the beginning.

So clearly the "stopping the spread" claim is NOT the real exit plan. In fact there IS NO EXIT PLAN.

The plan is as follows:

1) Shovel money to big pharma for no less than yearly "vaccinations" while shielding them from liability.

2) Get you to "consent" to digital tracking making a universal "papers please" a -la China Social Credit system. This will morph into a means for the state, via corporate entities to control your access to goods and services and hence control your behavior.

3) Long term killing off of dissenters while "training" the next generation to accept the "new normal" as "THE NORMAL" as they will know nothing else and will have the mentality of "what's the big deal with..."

Again, there is no exit plan. The ones at the top know. All they need is for the people below them to "do their jobs" whether they "know" or not. That's the things with grand 'conspiracies"; only a very few need to be in the know, the rest, useful idiots, only need to "do their jobs". This is playing out world wide. There will become a point where it is too late.

Jim Cramer: Just Grow The Moustache And Quit Pretending

 So I don't watch Mr. Shouty. However; a clip of him came to my attention yesterday and though I resisted commenting on it, I decided he needed a dedicated post because he represents more people than you or I may think. So here's the clip via the Dan Bongino show (skip to minute 10 if it doesn't go there directly):

So let's go over why Cramer just needs to grow the mustache:

1) "Eisenhower would be aghast that we have "immunocompromised people" who are incubators  for every variant to come"

Firstly in regards to the latest variant, it was discovered in so-called 'fully vaccinated" people who had also taken a "booster".

Secondly, people who have not taken a shot are NOT immunocompromised. When someone is immunocompromised, it means their immune system does not work as designed. That you may fail to mount an effective immune response to a challenge does not mean you are compromised. You just drew the short straw which each and every one of us will do at some point.  There is growing evidence that persons who take one of the shots ARE in fact immunocompromised as it may be the case that their immune system no longer functions as designed hence the new infections. In stark contrast to those who have successfully fought off the infection. Those persons have been shown to be immune from currently known strains.

So right there Cramer is telling fantastically epic lies.

2) "Walking around lawfully unvaccinated. That's psychotic."

 Yeah sir. See we own our bodies and decide what will and will not be put into it. That right is protected from government infringement via the supreme document of the land. If you don't like it, grow the moustache and take a one-way flight to Germany.

3) "We have governors who want to be president by grandstanding on a foolish "states rights" issue"?

Yeah, that foolish and pesky constitution. I mean why would an elected head of [a] state defend and uphold that silly piece of paper?

4) "The right to get sick" 

Yes. You absolutely have the right to get sick. Whether you SHOULD try to is another argument altogether. But you absolutely have that right. 

5) "The right to get other people sick?"

Depends. You cannot purposely try to infect someone with a deadly disease or poison them and things like that. You CAN walk around minding your own business and if you happen to pass along an illness you have you aren't liable. It's considered the normal risk of living life. Prior to March 2020 that was widely understood. 

6) "Have the military run it"

Openly advocates for a police state. Grow the mustache sir.

7) "If you don't want to be vaccinated you better be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court."

So first thing with this is that Cramer thinks that the people have the burden of proof here. No. The state has the burden of proof. They must prove that the measure they want to take that completely infringes on the property right of the individual is necessary. Of course when you are itching to grow the mustache, you already think the opposite.

Second, notice that he wants YOU to have the burden of financing a defense in front of the same state that wants to infringe on your rights.  No conflict of interest here. Of course that is why the founders put these "shall not be infringed" rights into the supreme legal document of the land. If you have the right then there is no need for a court case because no action can be taken against you. If an action against your right(s) has occurred then it is the STATE that is at fault.

8) Even then you need to help with the war effort by staying home until we finally beat this thing."

So Cramer is advocating for indefinite detention of citizens.

Grow the mustache.

Also, most sane scientists concede that SarsCOV-2 is endemic and is unlikely to go away. Ever. This is particularly true because it has non-human reservoirs in which it can incubate and mutate. I don't expect Cramer to understand these things. But you the reader should know this so that you can recognize this false argument when it is offered.

I'll say it again: One of the most profound things to have been revealed since March of 2020 is just how many people are good with dictatorships. Same people who think MLK and Rosa Parks are heroes are acting like the people who opposed them and they are too dumb to see it. 

As for Cramer, he revealed himself. Let those with ears hear and eyes see.

Beware The "Command Language"

A while back (years) I had posts in which I discussed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This came back to mind as I listened to a podcast where the guest was discussing a "mentalist" game in which he asked the listeners to go through a step of "suggestions". He was discussing how at the end of the sequence most people came up with something like an "orange kangaroo in Denmark".

What he was demonstrating was that how the brain can be manipulated into thinking certain things simply by being pushed into a certain direction via input.  In today's society the elites have pushed mass mental manipulation to levels unknown to society. This has been enabled by social media and always on media streams to our mobile devices.

A study came out years ago that discussed how the simple "ding" notification from our devices increases heart rates and stress levels. And that was before the message was even seen. This is why I often turn off all notifications on my device.  For example, I was out running with my heart rate monitor and I had left notifications on and a message came through. I had a 10BPM increase in heart rate for the next 5 minutes or so. 

It's no secret here that after the 2016 election I basically turned off all "news programs" because I realized that they were not "news" outlets but propagandist. By June of 2020 anyone who hasn't come to that realization either likes the propaganda, makes the propaganda (profits off of it),  has been scared senseless from it and needs to recover OR is just that dumb.  

That was an epic run-on sentence no?

One of the things I noted over the years is the increasing use of "command language" in articles and e-mails. The latest to drop into my mail:

Now since I am aware of such "suggestions" my mental block immediately kicked in. That is, I [often] recognize "command language" when I see it and put my defenses up. If you haven't figured it out I'll point it out:

"What to know..."

The header should have said "what we know". When they write "what to know" then they are suggesting to you that whatever follows IS what is to be known. Anything else shall "not be known". 

Second: "Here'swhat you need to know."

Again, they are telling you that you have a need. Really? I need to know? Why do I "need" to know rather than "may want to know"?  By hooking "Here" with 'need to know", they are commanding that what follows is what you "need" to know and anything else is "not needed". 

This is reflective of the authoritarian streak that has permeated the left and through them, is imposing itself on the whole society. You see, thinking for yourself is dangerous to authorities. Authorities must tell people 'what they need to know" and "what they need to do" and "what they need to feel". Also for the people that accept this programming, it is easier precisely because you don't need to think.Why think when you are told "what to know".

Beware of these messages. Train your mind to recognize and reject them. And turn off notifications on your devices. Your adrenal glands will thank you for it.
