The Funny Thing About Dow 18,000

I remember not too long ago (but ancient times in this short term memory diseased culture) when the Dow first went over 14,000. That was under Bush. Folks complained about corporate profits.

I remember when it crossed 10,000 under the nearly finished term of Clinton. Then the tech bubble burst.

So I would advise folks who are crowing about how this proves something about Democrats vs. Republicans to think a bit before speaking.
